There was no shower gell and very little shampoo.
Window blind inadequate to keep out light.
No phone.
Only one chair in the room.
Hard to sleep due to noisy music emanating from the room next door.
Reception closed when we departed at 09:30, when it was advertised they would be open from 08:00."
"There are cockroaches everywhere. Room is filthy and so not well maintained. Furniture broken, the coach has so many stains, chairs are greasy. The cockroaches crawled on our bed at night and got squished and their guts are everywhere. We were so unhappy about the stay. Even though management offered 25% off, it doesn’t change much. The two night stay left a forever painful stain in our memory. Lesson Learned is to always do thorough research and read reviews. We will definitely NOT stay here...

"TV remote was difficult but help of staff we found out how to work it. Noise from bar across road was quite loud but quiten down by 10pm. My major complaint is water pressure it was very poor in hand basin and shower. The only good thing about shower is that it was wet. There was also no place in the shower to put soap, shampoo or face cloth."
