"We could watch FIFA World Cup easily with no extra charge in our room . Room was quiet & good enough space for all our luggage. Breakfast was very simple. Very close to subway station ."

"The location was good, near 2 subway lines that made it easy to get into Manhattan or visit family in Brooklyn. Also a 24-hour deli mart next door and a little park for my doggie's business. Got there early but check in was a breeze, room NYC size but clean with a mini-fridge. All staff very helpful, highly recommend and would stay again."

"The room was clean the bathroom tub was a little dirty but I guess it wasn’t the worst. My checking was smooth jessica fixed everything when I accidentally booked the wrong room. Things went good though. I like the fact that you need a key card to get in the front door I felt very safe. I would stay here again. Even thought the parking garage was full during my stay & o had to park on the street or a different parking deck."

"No hot water in bathroom… have to change room in the morning… got delayed by an hour or more for my appointment. Drink water dispenser was empty, when asked staff, I was told it will be refilled next day morning. Also staff commented water is complementary not an amenity"

"Near subway station. Very convenient to JFK airport. No panhandling, beggars around the area. Good place to stay in NYC."
