"Great amenities, comfortable room with a nice couch to relax in and a very comfortable mattress. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Loved the appetizer and happy hour drink every evening. The hot breakfast was very good too. Really liked the kitchen sink, fridge and other kitchen amenities in the room. The bathroom had both a shower and a spacious tub. The shower itself was a tight fit (no elbow room), and could not change the shower head angle, which could have helped tremendously...

"Very nice hotel, and excellent staff, but two suggestions for improvement. First, I am a Hilton Honors Member and usually stay at the Homestead Inn in Paso, but we were meeting my brother and his wife who were Marriott Bonvoy members. I was surprised that there was not a buffet breakfast included, especially since the hotel is not located near a commercial area, like the Homestead Inn. Second, speaking as an older visitor, there should be a second bar in the shower for one to grab if...

"The hotel was lovely, however our room was not ready for us upon check in. We were given our keys and we went up to the room to find it was still in the process of being cleaned. There was another couple there who encountered this problem as well. We waited in the lobby a half hour for our room to be ready. "

"Wonderful stay at Vinyl Vineyards! My daughter and I checked into the Zeppelin Airstream for a 2-night stay, and we had a blast. Dina and Jeff were awesome -- they guided us through a wine tasting (well, not my 9-year-old had Sprite), were proactive in providing details about the property, and even gave us a ride to the Avett Bros show at nearby Vina Robles on their golf cart. The gas grills worked great, the hammocks were relaxing, and Sunset Hill at sunset was spectacular. Thank you, Jeff...

"The owner tried his best to charge us twice for a room. He was rude and unpleasant when we tried to secure the refund we were entitled to. "

"It looked nothing like the picture. Noisy. Bed was terrible. I was charged an extra $30 they called a Destination fee. When I called to ask them to remove they argued about it. Expedia says it’s an all inclusive price. They are taking advantage."
