Noisy, light sleepers beware!
The noise from building works and the DLR was unacceptable. There should be a warning on the website explaining the situation to customers. The key pick up was good and the location is very convenient for Canary Wharf. The appartment itself is tired. There are stains on the carpet and there was no tea towel in the kitchen and a used dish sponge for washing up. Compared to other serviced appartments I have said in this was not up to scratch.
Couldn’t find it as explained last night. Ended up finding another hotel that was not as much a building site.

Good location but quality / service could improve
The apartment looked good on photos. Kitchen was serviceable. Lounge good. Bedroom poor. Light came through curtain. Bed broken. Towels tired. Toiletries belonged to previous guest. More like airbnb standard, but at higher price. Next to early start building site currently. Place to collect keys several convoluted minutes from apartment.

Absolutely awful. Room smelt of cigarettes. Promised it would be rectified but never heard anything. They take your money and ignore you. Nasty

The apartment had beautiful views and was located in a good area. WE had NO hot water for our 3 day stay and the management did nothing to fix it. NOR were we offered another apartment or a discount. We were a family of four with no ability to take a hot shower for 3 days.

location is good (but not close to city center), we love the space, its really convenience for family or schoolmate, have private room and public space. a good choice for short stay in london! we stay here for 9 nights
