Fantastic location. Lovely decor. High end, very fancy. Rooms well appointed. Modern yet classic furniture. Rooms are very tight and small, but it is Mayfair after all. Staff are very professional and friendly. Missing a proper restaurant, although so many options on your doorstep. Room facing New Bond Street was very noisy one morning due to construction. Overall great experience and very happy. Coming back if prices as low as they were during Coronavirus when I stayed.

Fabulous

One of the besst hotel services in London, really friendly stuff, room services house keeping and valet is perfect. I really recommend this hotel just to keep in mind the room is tight just like any hotel in London.

All things are good , except one things that make my experience horrible, the noise , even if im inside my room i can clearly hear the tv and the neighbor voice , also the street am in the 2nd floor i cant sleep from the voices down , also the elevator machine every two minutes i hear it like the voice for underground train . Expect the noise i everything’s was good specially the stuff they are very kind and friendly.

OK room, not more. Bad position - first floor with view to the backyard and a lot of noise from the underground. Room made very late - on Sunday 5 `clock in the afternoon. No time for relax before "going out". Signature Room is just a marketing jipp. No city view as promised. Small bathroom. On the positive side:Clean and short distances to "everything" in Mayfair.

We stayed in a Luxury city view room. The bathroom was one of the smallest I have seen in a 5 Star hotel. You had to squeeze yourself into the room to be able to shut the door. This was the only issue in general I had with the hotel.

We've stayed here a few times now. It's always our go to in London. Firstly the property is beautiful, elegant, staff attentive; secondly it's right in the middle of Mayfair and is really convenient for almost everywhere. The downside is it is a bit expensive, but we consider that we're spoiling ourselves.

Rooms were very dark. Internet connection very poor and kept dropping. We stayed there twice and each time the room had something wrong. First time was the safe. We asked 3 times for it to be repaired but it was still broken when we left. Second time the wiring in the room was wrong and you couldn't turn on the bathroom light at night without turning on all the other lights in the room. You'd expect much better at this price point.
