Wonderful experience in Wimbledon
A really excellent experience from the moment we arrived. Staff were warm, friendly and efficient. Our room was lovely with a huge comfy bed. The bathroom had a luxury feel and the shower was excellent. We slept very well and then enjoyed our breakfast chosen from a comprehensive menu. Overall, an excellent experience.

Fabulous, well located place to stay in Wimbledon village - a very friendly, homely atmosphere. Loved the breakfast options. Bedrooms at the side of property so no noise from the bar/restaurant.

Loved the friendliness & helpfulness of the staff. On 2nd night heard a high pitched humming sound throughout the night and disturbed out sleep. Not sure where it was coming from.

Cost and comfortable amazing location
The service was wonderful welcoming & friendly and the rooms were very comfortable with all the amnesties you could want. Breakfast was delicious. We will definitely be back!

London away weekend
Room was to a good standard, think it’s probably one of the most comfortable beds I’ve slept in a hotel. Staff were friendly and competitive price. The trains from Wimbledon station were regular so was easy access to the underground. Overall pleasant area. 10mins walk up hill from station so if you can manage that great place. Plenty of nice shops, cafés and restaurants along the way too. Would stop again.

Hotel was nice. Bathroom wasnt particularly clean, grout was dirty and the holder for shower gel was dirty and rusty. Hotel advertises a double bed but its two singles pushed together that slip apart during the night. Location of the hotel is fab and the parking was super convenient. Check in was easy. Breakfast was nice.

Thank you for your feed back, I will look into this straight away, All the beds are zip and link beds which are design to be make as twin or double, I am very surprised they came apart as they are connected together once made up as a double, but I will check there not a fault on this one. Sorry

We have stayed a few times at the Rose & Crown and have always found it very comfortable. The staff are really nice and friendly. The parking is a bonus and location is great.

Larger than the average bedroom, well presented quality room. Staff very friendly, wouldn’t hesitate to recommend. Will certainly stay again.

Great long weekend stay
Great Stay, lovely room which was very quiet despite being close to the bar. Super breakfasts and friendly staff. My only problem was that the WiFi was intermittent. Would definitely recommend

Excellent hotel in a great location.
Excellent stay, great rooms, breakfast lovely with good choice. Did wonder if noise from the public bar would disturb us at night, should not have worried, bar shut at 11:00pm and never heard a pin drop. Parking is a bit of a lucky dip with space for 8 - 9 cars, which will not cover the 13 rooms, you can park across the road which carries a daytime charge.

Pleasant, well located upscale hotel
This is was a short, one night stay with friends. We all found the hotel staff to be helpful and pleasant, the rooms comfortable and clean. The bed in particular was very comfy. At breakfast, we were lucky enough to meet the hotel's resident dog - a very well behaved black Labrador who enhanced the experience :) Would be happy to stay again, the only minor drawback being the lack of parking spaces, but given the location this is to be expected.

Hidden gem in Wimbledon
Surprisingly modern and large room - clean and comfortable with lots of little luxe touches, a very nice nights stay with a great breakfast the next morning.

The rooms were very nice and clean and quiet. The restaurant was noisy and our table was right near the bar making it hard to talk. The food was ok, the dessert not very good. Breakfast was better and we were seated in a side room as there was a major rugby match being televised in the main room. There were some boisterous guests and their language was profane and unpleasant later that morning. There is parking but it would be a better method to give guests the pass code once booking is paid for as otherwise one has to find an on street spot ( not easy) go in and then go back and move car. Reception desk is next to the bar which is not convenient and very noisy.

Good Evening Sorry that it was noisier than usual in the pub area. We were showing the Rugby World Cup which attracts a large number of customers. I am sorry that you was seated in an area close to the bar. If you book direct with us we send the car park code on a email, but as Expedia is a third party site we can't attach it to their confirmation. Please if you book via Expedia again just give us a call and we can give you the current code. I loved this place. I received the warmest welcome on arrival and the service throughout my stay was fantastic (quite refreshing for a London hotel) all staff were brilliant. The food was great, lovely and fresh. I will be of course staying again.
