There was no breakfast on site. No teaspoons in rooms. Not told doors are locked and no key to get in. My friend had to phone manager at 3am after I had to walk all the way back to her house - 1 miles away.

between city centre and LHR airport
Located in the city of London, just next to Isleworth overground station and within walking distance from Hounslow East tube station, they offer a room for a reasonable price. The check-in is easily done and the room contains everything a traveller needs, e.g. towels and kettle with tea/coffee. Perfect for those who need to be at Heathrow airport early in the morning or arrive late in the evening as it's just a few stops away.

Only thing was the tv didn’t work and the toilet kept me awake at night filling up again after every flush but we didn’t spend much time in the room the staff are super friendly and the room was lovely I enjoyed my stay and would definitely stay again

The building's electric and WiFi are not so good. My shower needs repair. The staff has been really nice and the pub downstairs is very clean.

Terrible experiance. I was put in room 5 where there was some type of boiler that everytime someone used the shower/flushed the toilet it would make a terrible noise. I barely slept. I didnt use the shower as the base was extremely filthy.

Great pub , Superb Thai Restaurant,Friendly
bit noisy on the road side but its in london near heathrow , so thats to be expected , great pub , good beer, great friendly welcome, easy to check in , clean tidy,,,,,now the real bonus , A Superb Thai restaurant as part of the pub , the food is stunning, be warned if you ask for Thai hot food, you will get Thai hot,,,,,Phew ,,Yep will be staying again when working pinewood or Gillette Studios

Worst hotel been to, continous noise from one door in the room, have to go out to uae toilet. Poor amenities , noisy bar downstairs. Advertised breaskfast but dont offer, looks dubious.

Great place to stay!
This is a great place. Convenient location for trains and busses, nice pub and friendly staff and while the rooms are basic, they are clean and comfortable. Good wifi too! Excellent value!

It is a nice small Pub/Hotel You get what you pay for. Room was Clean, Staff were nice, Continental Breakfast was good. There is a Thai Restaurant in the Pub, Food is very good

The staff are very friendly helpful and always smiling! Our twin room one of the bed was messed . Needed sheets changing but generally clean . Breakfast it would be nice to have hot breakfast like baked beans on toast ham and cheese we are going in winter ! Overall I will come and stay again and refer others to come and stay . Thank you

Needed a bed in the area and this was all that was available. All rooms have twin beds, sink in room, old fashioned but comfortable and ok presentation of room. Carpet could have been cleaner in corners and out of the way spots. continental breakfast, two shower toilet rooms for about six rooms. Never had to wait and they were ok. No noise from pub because you have planes, trains and exhaust fans but we slept no issues. Meet a lady who has been coming for six years.

Nice B@B about 20 minutes outside of London City. Overground train and buses almost in front of the door. Even though its above a pub, it's nice and quiet at night. Comfortable beds, clean rooms, good water pressure in shower which is important to us. Manager Tony made us feel at home; will recommend to anyone. This is a smaller place so it's not open 24/7; but even though check in is 11 pm at the latest, he waited up for us till 1 am. Thanks to all the staff :) It's not an estranged 5* hotel, this is actually a place that makes you feel like home!

Nice Inn, good people
Very friendly staff and guests at the pub downstairs. The bed was not very comfortable, but that's my only complaint. The room was nice otherwise and it's a nice place to stay overall. Would recommend.

Sehr sauber. Nettes Personal. Frühstück inbegriffen. Auf dem Zimmer hat man einen Wasserkocher womit man sich instant Kaffee zubereiten kann, welches vom inn zur Verfügung gestellt wird. Sowie Tee und Kekse. Gemütliche Betten. (Zwei Betten, klo und Dusche, je nachdem welches Zimmer man wählt)
