The triple room, 4, was extremely spacious and neatly presented.
The person/manager? I was in contact with by text but never saw, was polite and courteous.
My major cause for complaint is that there was absolutely no wifi. I kept texting the person ( no human beings at property) and s/he continued to give me a wifi and password for something that did not show up on our phones. Reading reviews of this place, it seems like wifi is a major problem. We ended up having to use data a lot.
The fancy tv in the room does not work.
There are no signs at the property so please Google Map it ahead of getting there. It’s a good ten minutes walk from Plaistow Station and a little more from Westham.
I don’t think I would recommend this place. I would ask Expedia to edit their descriptions on the site too.
