booked this as a quick break for my wife’s 40th and such a nightmare. We ended up in Marylebone station for 3 hours with two young kids as couldn’t contact vendor (incorrect number on file) and when we managed to track them down through hotels and google they said we hadn’t completed booking form. I sent them a screen shot with confirmation I had received but they took card again over phone. Still waiting for my credit card deposit nearly two months after booking. Property itself, pillows were dirty grubby, dirty washing under the bed, boiler was leaking, no plug in sink, toilet blocked whilst we were there. One plus was the positioning, couple of nice eating places round the corner and ideal for the station to get into central or around on the tube.

Very handy location close to the underground station and easy walking distance to many attractions. Apartment was very warm and comfortable.

Information about how to operate the radiator heating may benefit occupants who are not familiar to this setup. Towel rails in bathroom would benefit towel drying. The sink was missing a drain plug this made dishwashing tricky. Location was convenient. Property was neat, however sofa bedding may have bed bugs as I have broken out in a rash after my stay there.

그냥 타운하우스. 시설은 호텔에 비하여 후짐. Deposit 을 카드사에 청구한 후라 돈을 카드사에 지불하여야 할 경우가 생김. checkout 후 14일 안에 돌려준다고 하나, 이미 환율과 수수료 등으로 차액 손실이 발생할 수 있음.

ho soggiornato con la mia familia dal 24 al 29 Gennaio 2019 nell'appartamento reclamizzato dal vostro sito. Sfortunatamente i letti del appartamento erano infestati da cimici da letto. Questi animali hanno la curiosa caratteristica che i loro morsi sono visibili solo dopo alcuni giorni. Bene al nostro ritorno a Milano abbiamo dovuto portare mia figlia da un dermatologo perché completamente sfigurata dalle pizzicature, e tutti i membri della famiglia hanno dovuto applicare creme cortisoniche su gli sfoghi. NON CONSIGLIATO

es un fraude. . estuvimos sin calefaccion ni agua caliente . no nos ayudaron . entraron en el apartamento sin nuestro permiso y cerraron con una cerradura para la que no tenia llave. la direccion del apartamento es incorrecta . te quitan un deposito que tardan 28 dias en devolverte y encima pierdes dinero al cambio. No nos atendieron adecuadamente . estuvimos a punto de no poder entrar y buscar otro alojamiento. nos cambiaron el lugar de entrega de las llaves. En toda mi vida me habia encontrado con una situacion asi. el que vaya aqui literalmente se la juega ademas de no tener el deposito de 200 libras por un mes.

Estimado Eduardo, Lamentamos mucho escuchar acerca de su experiencia, pues no es algo habitual en nuestra propiedad. Lo primero de todo, el lugar de recogida de las llaves tuvo que ser cambiado por circunstancias especiales de las fechas en las que entraba (el 25 de Diciembre todos los puntos keynest que poseemos estaban cerrados y tuvimos que buscar una solución alternativa). Cuando nos reportaron el problema del agua caliente fuimos cuanto antes a arreglarlo y se dió la situación que se cerró la puerta de manera accidentada, a lo que también respondimos en menos de 2 horas. El depósito de seguridad es algo que se anuncia en el momento de realizar la reserva, lo que no debería suponer una novedad si el cliente lee los términos y condiciones al momento de confirmar la misma. Todos estos hechos provocaron que su estancia no fuera todo lo perfecta que nos habría gustado brindarle, aunque al ser algo excepcional no tiene por qué volver a repetirse. Un saludo,

The check-in procedure is a BIG NO. The apartment wasn't ready at time of the check-in. You need to pick up the key at a dodgy shop at the counter.
