We rented this apartment because it located close to the most famous landmarks. Apartment is small, but functional. Inside the apartment you can find everything you need for 3-4 days of stay. However, I would not recommend to rent this apartment if you are going to stay in summer time. It has no AC! This property is surrounded by office buildings, therefore it was needed to keep blinds inside apartment always closed and if outside temperature is high, you literally cannot rest.

Great apartment
Excellent location and amazing apartment. It comes with an AC despite not saying so on the description, which has been a life saver in the hot weather. I will definitely stay again

I am sorry you did not find the sofa (which doubles up as a sofa bed) sufficiently large, but this is a standard UK size.Majority of the times, our Deluxe apartments are used by a maximum of 2 people. We allow 2 young children to stay at a small supplement of 35 per night and sleep on the sofa. We understand that it is not the same as having a 2 bedroom apartment, but it is the best solution for the price.I am nonetheless sorry, this has impacted your otherwise lovely stay, it seems.Regards,Malgosia

Coming back!
Super clean apartment, comfortable bed and only 450m to bus and 800m from Elizabeth line. Andrea and George were kind enough to allow me to drop my bag off and hold until my check in, as I landed at LHR @9am and check in was after 2pm.

Good overall with some quirks
Apartment was nice overall and spacious, which allowed room to work. However: - Bed was super squeaky - views were not city views at all, more like an interior court. Feels misled on that - got bug bites the last day (maybe bed bug)

We are sorry to hear about the comfort of the bed, and will address this right away. It is a shame you did not mention this to our team during your stay as it would have been rectified immediately. As to your comment suspecting the presence of the bed bugs on the last night, after a number of nights in the same apartment, please rest assured that having checked the bed, bed frame and the mattress, we are absolutely certain that the bed is perfectly clean, with no bed bugs activity. there is no mobile coverage: underground studio! :
I stayed in apt 2 in where there no sunlight at all. You need artificial light 24/7 and the worst: there is no mobile coverage: You cannot call and receive calls either!!! :-(

Hello Luna, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments, which are unfair and unfounded. You have stayed with us at Red Lion Court on 4 different occasions during the last 6 months, total of 14 nights, and always choosing the very Studio apartment on the Lower Ground floor, suggesting that in fact you have always enjoyed your stay with us, and all the facilities that we provide. The apartment is indeed on the lower ground floor; this is clearly indicated in the description and although it has a window, there isn’t much of a view. This is therefore reflected in the price point, and this apartment is the cheaper we offer. A greater majority of our guests who stayed there, had nothing but a positive feedback. Your comments have been posted out of spite, after we have raised with you the question over a state in which you have left the apartment on the last 2 occasions (backed up by the video, and the images), which is not an acceptable behaviour, and one we do not tolerate at Red Lion Court. Good location with very quite night. Surrounding by office building. My penthouse flat13 is on the top floor. You can find Sunrise through the windows in kitchen and living room. Light and clean rooms, comfortable bedding make staying so easy! Full equipment kitchen is my favorite. Good choice for more than one week stay in London.

Great apartment in great location
The apartment is pretty much brand new, in great condition, and in a great location. It was quiet and private, and had good facilities (e.g. washing machine, full set of crockery, cutlery, pans, knives). Covent Garden was a 10 min walk, and there were tube and train stations very nearby, taxis on every corner. But it is so well located we walked almost everywhere. The arrangements were a bit confusing at first, but when I contacted the owners directly they explained everything and couldn’t have been more helpful. Especially as it was me being dumb!

Amazing stay at this apart hotel, lovely helpful staff, was left chocolates and Prosecco on request was very helpful also with directions to the hotel. Overall was the best experience staying in London for the weekend. Would recommend to anyone to stay here as it was quick and simple.

These apartments come with large-format windows allowing for an abundance of a natural light, but for the safety reasons, the opening must be restrained sufficiently to prevent accidents. Nonetheless, I am truly sorry to hear that you have found the room uncomfortably hot, especially as we do have fans available on a request basis and this could have been easily rectified. Dear Mahito, Thank you for your feedback. We are truly sorry to hear that you did not fully enjoy your stay with us at Red Lion Court. I would; however, like to take this opportunity to clarify the points you have raised. When you have made your reservation, you have immediately received a booking confirmation, which very clearly outlined the next steps on a simple digital self check-in process. On your arrival day, you have submitted the self check-in without any issues, and the entry codes have been shared with you right away, just as the confirmation letter said they would! I am sorry you found somewhat challenging punching the code on the lock itself. There are no passwords, but the codes, which are unique to each booking; we are using a state of the art technology and this is simply a security matter. Every guest is required to provide the passport – this is a standard procedure for the overseas guests, and is as simple as taking a photo of it! The Guest Directory contains all the most relevant and important information to your stay, i. e. emergency contact numbers, Wi-Fi password, information on the property, fire escape routs etc. Nonetheless, we would like to apologise that on this occasion you did not have the same great experience staying with us as a greater majority of our guests do!
