Really great hotel in a fabulous area. Would have thought it would have been a lot more expensive considering the location. Lovely room and lovely bathroom (proper bathroom, so many other be in the area had a glass box as a bathroom so no privacy). Would definitely recommend it and look forward to visiting again.

Excellent location within walking distance of everything you need. Staff friendly, helpful, and courteous, especially night staff (we came in late every day!) Our room was perfect for 3 people and the “closet” with bar and vanity was wonderful!

A stay in London to visit a West End show
Travelled to London by train to see a West End Show & decided to stay in a hotel. This hotel was in an convenient position for the theatres, the hotel was very smart & clean with an excellent comfortable room. The breakfast was also of a very high standard & we will definitely use it again for a London trip. Staff were also very friendly

The check in staff were rude. The restaurant is uncomfortable and the staff are not interested. This hotel has major customer service problems. We were overcharged on our restaurant bill then they agreed to reduce it by 50%. The check out staff told us we were rude when we were trying to question the bill. It was very odd and like they were trying to get us to just accept the original bill trying to embarrass us. I’m a gold member with hotels.com. And stay away a lot. This rates as the worst check out I’ve ever experienced. If every customer were overcharged and the staff bonuses are based on the total bill then there could be a conflict of interest the radisson compliance department need to look at. I found the whole thing very strange.

Its location is wonderful, the staff even though friendly and pleasant weren’t really that I would put inline with the type and level of hotel it is. I had laundry put in my room that wasn’t mine - which then I was nearly charged for. Breakfast was too busy my second day- maybe booking slots would be less stressful for the staff at busy times. The room was very pleasant and clean though.

Nice spacious room with king size bed. Bathroom could do with a bit a touch up, some dated items. One window not closing properly which gives some cold in the room. Excellent location, though busy with plenty of visitors.

Love the location of this property at the center of the seven dials. easy walk to theaters, bars, restaurants and shopping. couple major metro within walking distance. The double room is very small, only suitable for two small ladies or one guy. the entry level room is also very small. hotel is very basic one restaurant, nothing else. The front desk staffs are very unfriendly especially ask about VIP offers in as Exepdia. the front desk Micael told me that Expedia VIP doesnt get anything , do not offer upgrade even they have room available, which is SUPER disappointing that i booked the VIP access hotel for the benefit having expedia status. I ended up paying to get upgrade.

Terrible and stinky experience
My stay at Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel was disappointingly unsatisfactory. Exhausted upon entering my room, I was met with a pungent Bengay-like smell on the pillows, prompting me to discard them for a less-than-restful night. The next morning, my complaint to the manager resulted in a promise of resolution. Returning later, although pillowcases were changed, the room still reeked. Attempting to refresh it by opening the window proved futile, and the night manager concurred with the persistent smell. I was relocated to a room with two single beds, a downgrade from the double bed I had booked. Fatigue prevented me from considering leaving the hotel on the second evening. The offered voucher for drinks felt more like a jest than a genuine attempt to address the issue. Despite the night manager's assurance of communication, the morning staff seemed oblivious during checkout, providing no compensation or resolution. Despite the hotel's commendable location, the mishandling of these issues leaves me regretfully unable to recommend Radisson Blu Edwardian Mercer Street Hotel. It

Firstly, we regret that the initial issue with the unpleasant odor in your room was not promptly resolved to your satisfaction. We are genuinely sorry for the oversight in not fully addressing the odour concern despite changing the pillowcases that you have requested us to do so, as this was only thing that you pointed out that was wrong with the room. Hence why this was the only thing that was changed. We understand the importance of a restful night's sleep and we acknowledge that this aspect of your experience was not up to our usual standards. Regarding the room change, we apologize for any inconvenience caused by the providing you with a room with two single beds, this is the same category that you booked but with only two beds. This was the only option we had to ensure you could of pleasant last night with us as we were fully booked. We appreciate your feedback regarding the offered resolution. I did mention you to you in the morning that I was happy to offer you breakfast and some drink vouchers for the inconvenience, which you declined. Furthermore, we sincerely apologize for the lack of communication between the night shift and morning shift managers, resulting in a lack of awareness during your checkout. This is not reflective of our usual standards, and we will take immediate steps to address and rectify such communication gaps. Your feedback is invaluable to us, and we assure you that your concerns will be thoroughly investigated and used as an opportunity for improvement. I was met out of my taxi by Ed , the Concierge . He checked me in , and as a regular to Radisson , he gave me an upgrade , facilitated my urgent need to check in early , swopped my food discount which I could not use for breakfast and made me feel like a truly treasured guest . He checked the following day if I had enjoyed the shows I had seen . My only little grumble would be the slightly slow service at breakfast , but I then realised there were 2 large groups ahead of my order but breakfast was very tasty and freshly cooked , worth the wait. I would suggest that waiting for fresh food is ok but I would have liked my pot of tea while I was waiting . Location is perfect , at Seven Dials . I was located on the first floor with a view over Mercer Street and I found it quiet as well insulated .

I have never received this level of service before. Ed created such an enjoyable experience! His professionalism was top notch! We stayed here on the 25th October 2023 for one night. We had the most brilliant time there and the staff were incredible. My 4 year old daughter stayed with me and they treated her like a princess which she loved. The staff were very thoughtful and helpful throughout our stay and I couldn't recommend them enough.

Good staff and great location. Hotel is good and the rooms are nice. One thing that's annoying though is that if you want to have a nap, housekeeping will still phone your room even though you've said do not disturb to try and clean it. This was a bit annoying. Equally, room service not recommended it's not great.
