"Lovely hotel, stayed 2 nights. Central location, staff friendly and helpful. For us breakfast wasn't the best, hash browns were rock hard both days and where on day 1, the plates were cleaned away before putting cutlery down day 2 the place was not cleaned in time and tables left dirty. Tv signal snd WiFi not the best either, would definitely stay again if needing a heathrow stopover., but without breskfast"

"It was a very cozy, small space with a lovely bathroom and hangout area. We learned upon arrival if two guests are sharing the same pod, they both will need to have individual access on their phones. After a long travel, it is something good to know beforehand, so you can go straight to your nest. The pod had lots of outlets and adjustable fun lighting. The AC will not go below 19 degrees and unevenly is distributed throughout the pod. So, my friends was very cold and I was burning out. Overall, I would come back again"

"Room was clean, staff is friendly & helpful. Lights were awkward, for example, you could not turn on the bathroom light without turning on additional lights. Lobby is somewhat loud, like a bar. Bottled water provided in room daily, which was great. Good location for tube connections."
