Overall a nice stay. Clean flat with provisions. A few things need attention (missing iron board cover, bed lamp doesn't plug in, etc). The flat really needs curtains, the blinds alone don't block out much light.

Terrible communication from staff

The place itself is cute and comfortable in a convenient location. But the cons really outweigh the pros. They have a WhatsApp number you can message to communicate as there is no front desk staff. They NEVER respond to any of your messages. I believe they also stole one of my deliveries and have stopped responding to me. When you call their emergency hotline it goes to the Hyde park location who tell you that they can’t do anything to help because it’s not their location. The place wasn’t properly cleaned upon arrival. Pillow cases had makeup stains on them and dishes had left over crumbs and stains from the previous guests. Pretty gross. This would be a nice place if staff and cleaning were up to par.

This is our second stay and again was faultless…if forced I’d say the lobby was a bit smelly but that’s not a complaint just being helpful… ! We’ll definitely come again!

Enjoyed the time spent at this property. Located on a noisy street but it’s a cute space and my mom and I enjoyed our home for the 5day stay here. Would likely book again!

Not much to rave about. Has no a/c, so it should be avoided in summer. On the days that exceeded 27C it was very oppressive inside the flat. Keeping the window open to let the cooler air in meant being woken up by the constant sirens of ambulances outside. Essential cutlery and crockery was missing and we had to ask to get these. Would have been good to receive proper instructions. We did not realize the flat had a microwave till 4 days into our stay. Guest services were not contactable and we had to call the emergency contact to convey anything. Certainly not worth the price i paid for my stay.

Appartement propre et correctement équipé pour un court séjour. Fenêtres fermées, nous n’avons pas été gênés par le bruit. Les stores ne sont pas très occultants, de sorte qu’en été, on est réveillé tôt par la luminosité du jour Ce n’est pas le quartier le plus fun de Londres, mais il est bien desservi par le réseau de bus et de métro. Le point négatif est l’absence d ascenseur et l’escalier est assez étroit.

Ingesamt waren wir mit dem Aufenthalt sehr zufrieden. Jedoch muss man anmerken, dass die Kommunikation für den Check in schlecht war und wir erst über das Anrufen der Notfallnummer einchecken konnten. Des Weiteren ist die Wohnung sehr hellhörig. Man kann die Flugzeuge draußen hören und was im Stockwerk über einem passiert.

Native Fulham - August 2020

Native Fulham apartments were in a great location but unfortunately the apartment itself didn't live up to our expectations. The first apartment we went to was dirty, the freezer hadn't been cleaned, the floor was sticky and a lot of the surfaces were dirty, so we asked to move apartment. With a global pandemic, we thought they would have been extra careful with cleanliness. The next apartment seemed better, but it was very noisy at night, we were in apartment 12 and there was a group of people chatting in the alleyway outside the bedroom windows in the early hours of the morning.

Home from Home

Stayed at a 2 bed place, The venue was clean, spacious with all requirements. It's on a busy road, but the double glazing helps and had no problems with noise. Was on the 3rd floor so my lazy self would have liked a lift but that's a minor. Fact is place was nice, I didn't have any interaction with the management company bar the emails but I didn't have any problems so it didn't matter.

Live like a local with ease

The Native Fulham is an excellent location to stay either as a tourist or business traveller, as a solo traveler or as part of a group. The apartment is spacious, clean, warm and very homely. The kitchen, living area, bathroom and bedroom provide all the required needs for a traveller with the freedom to cook your own meals using the stovetop and oven. All utensils and cooking pans etc are also provided. Shopping for food etc is very straight forward as there are several local shops including Sainsburys and Tesco Express and the number 220 bus will bring you to Hammersmith shopping mall and High Street in 15 minutes. Travelling to and from Fulham is also straight forward with several bus routes and the tube servicing the local Parsons Green and Putney Bridge Stations. Putney Bridge station is only a 10 minute walk. The heating system is very efficient and warms an apartment in approximately 10 to 15 minutes. Overall it is highly recommended

両親のために予約しました。こちらのサイトで予約をしたあとにネイティブフラムの方からメールが来ていたのですが、英語のためよく確認もせずにいたら、クレジットカードで支払いをして下さいとの内容でした。こちらのサイトでは現地払いとなっていたので、詐欺かななどと困惑したのですが、思い切ってクレジットカード払いを済ませて無事に3泊できました。施設は広くて綺麗で駅からもすぐ近く、スーパーマーケットもすぐ近くにあり最高だったそうです。支払い方法さえ正しく評価してくれていたら余計な心配をしなくて済んだと思います。

Check-in war sehr einfach und ausreichend. Die Unterkunft war sauber und für Londoner Verhältnisse sehr geräumig. Es war an alles gedacht: ausreichend Geschirr und Besteck, Kühlschrank Waschmaschine, Fön, Spülmaschine, TV, großes Bett mit guter Matratze, etc. Das Badezimmer war groß und die Ausstattung in sehr gutem und sauberen Zustand. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Great location with plenty to do in the area. Great bars and restaurants nearby. Near to Putney Bridge tube station. We had free street parking as we stayed on a Sunday and Bank Holiday as with everywhere in London it would be quite awkward on other days.

Surpringly spacious Apartment

Surpringly spacious recently renovated Apartment with all necessities. Check in etc worked fine. The key card had a malfunction one night which was irritating but the problem was swiftly solved by service-minded assistant over the phone. Recommended if you prefer fixing own breakfast etc to crowded hotels. More like borrowing a friends apartment than a hotel stay.
