1. The hotel is located in not a very good neighborhood on a very busy street. Lots of sirens and street noise and the windows in the hotel are not soundproof! It’s hard to sleep. 2. The hotel seems very run down! Starting from the shattered glass door at the entrance to the torn wallpaper on the wall and chair torn. 3. no AC!! It wasn’t working in the while hotel. It was very stuffy in the summer. 4. I am allergic, so I brought my own sheets, they disappeared after cleaning and the hotel personnel could locate them I don’t recommend this place!

Appalling Reception - Beware of booking
According to the rude receptionist who wouldn’t even make eye contact we had no reservation. Would call Hotel.com himself and only suggestion was to try and get us in a sister hotel half an hours drive away. Didn’t get in an apartment so please ignore my rating for cleanliness, comfort and condition

Raw meat hotel
Booked here with the girls 5 mums off to see spice girls at wembley. The apartment its self was so big but it smelt like it had been cleaned using raw meat instead of cloths. The pigeons kept us awake all night and the sofa bed was down at the bottom so slept climing a hill all night. We definitely would not pay that sort of money again for it.

We did not stay here as the property said they had no booking for us even though expedia confirmed with them that they had our booking. The gentleman on the desk was rude and of no help and this was upsetting as we had travelled from far with two children. We had to leave and find alternative hotel

Checking in was a mess. The person at the reception didn’t know how to charge us and kept having to call someone on the phone to get instructions. It also took him 15 minutes to figure out how to program the key. We had a fussy baby with us who needed to go to sleep so it made things very frustrating. The apartment was very spacious and great for traveling with a 10 month old - there’s a a separate bedroom with a living room and a full kitchen. The floor wasn’t very clean though and when you have a baby, crawling all over the place is kind of what they do. Also the water temperature in the shower was impossible to adjust - either too hot or too cold. Otherwise it worked very well for us and the location is good.

Tv remotes and cooktop did not work. Safe was already locked and the kids beds very uncomfortable. Staff generally helpful. West Ealing is 3 stations to Paddington- Area seemed OK

Very spacious ...good for a family but hotel doesn’t have a restaurant or vending machine to get some snacks ...we have to go out of the property to get something necessity...not a place for tourist. Location is very busy place...it’s always noisy almost 24 hours/ day ...can’t go to sleep till 2am or later because of the noise from outside and from other guests who’s staying there....terrible experience. Outside door is broken make me feel unsafe. There’s only 1 staff all the time. Like I said not a place for tourist. It looks like an apartment/ residents area not a hotel to stay if you’re just visiting London...you have to be brave to stay around that area..emergency sirens are almost everyday, it’s disturbing...and a lot of homeless lying down on the street as you walk to the train station.

Disappointed with this aparthotel.... our original booking was not on their system however the receptionist found us a room similar to what I had reserved with hotels.com . The issue we had was the sofa bed was not fit for the purpose and this only became apparent at around 9pm. See photo below showing numerous missing slats. We had to use the mattress on the floor! I did try contacting the reception but didn’t get any answer and as I was informed on arrival that the hotel was fully booked I thought it unlikely to be able to move rooms anyway. Also an issue with the shower/bath not having a slip mat... our Son did slip whilst showering. After speaking to reception the following morning I was denied a refund as apparently the Manager was not available and he is the only person who can authorise these.

We were pleasantly upgraded to a 2-bedroom apartment. It was very spacious and comfortable. There’s a bus stop near to the apartment. There were a few supermarkets and a bus stop nearby.

The condition of the apartments needsa lot of attention. Fixtures and fittings falling apart mattress uncomfortable to the point of springs rubbing your back. No heating working. Staff apparently tried to sort issues but manager nowhere to be seen.

Great location Property had no wife was down and they were fixing it. TV had no remote. Shower was difficult to control the temperature and kept getting really cold. Central heating was not working and the nights were freezing. Aside from the property was nice and great location. Would stay there again if issues are fixed thanks

After traveling for over 24 hours, we had woke up at 10 am the next day by the cleaning staff knocking. I asked them to come back in an hour so we could get ready and leave, and they never came back. Multiple things broken in the shower. The heater was not working in any room but the bedroom (thank God). Otherwise, the room was pretty nice.

Hi Shivesh, We are sorry to hear that you were woken by our housekeeping team, Next time you stay please pop on the front of the door the 'Do Not Disturb' sign provided or alternatively there is a button you can press that by the apartment front door that signals the housekeeping not to enter. Our manager and the maintenance team are currently working on maintaining the apartments.

Only 1 travel cot in room had to chase for a second which was unstable so used our own bought as a spare in case. No complimentary bottle of wine provided as booking confirmed would be. Breakfast sheet completed night before as asked. Over half items not available on delivery to room. Had to chase at reception to be told no milk no fruit no bread nor pastry items as offered!!!??? Why give people butter and jam what are we going to eat with it! Yoghurt was plain when we asked for fruit yoghurt. Absolute joke with 2 toddlers to feed. No high chair facility.

Small Hotel in busy area
It is a small hotel on a busy street. Be sure you get the directions clear before arriving or you might miss it. It was clean, they had supplies to wash up dishes and cook. Fridge didn't close fully but still worked. The remote control didn't work for either TV and when we requested a fix it was never done. Rooms were made up and the whole hotel was safely locked up in the evening. The Ealing/Broadway stop is the major stop on the Underground system so you'll need to hop on a bus. If you want to be dropped closer at the Ealing stop you'll need a ticket for a separate line, the daily pass won't work.

We would recommend
The apartment was really comfortable and clean with good bus and rail links to the city and a children's park over the road. Great amenities in the rooms, the kitchen was good and clean. Only downfalls were the Wi-Fi didn't work and the shower and bath were a bit precarious with the hot and cold water. We would recommend.

Our toilet broke and kept running water after 3 days into our stay. After advising hotel staff nothing was done until Tuesday. We were advised it was fixed on Tuesday but started running again. We were to check out Thursday morning and was given key to another room to use facilities. The option of switching rooms at this stage was impossible as we were traveling with kids and multiple luggage. Our experience would have been better if maintenance was available to fix problems immediately as the place was lovely, handy to food, transport, secure and affordable.

Wonderful apart-hotel on Ealing Broadway!
Located near West Ealing Broadway, Best Western Maitrise Suites is a lovely choice for a few days. With an attached kitchen and bathroom, this apart-hotel comes with amenities such as a washing machine, kettle, oven etc. If only they’d provided a dryer in the room, it would’ve been PERFECT!!! Nevertheless, I loved my stay there, and his would definitely be my first choice when I’m in west London again!

Excellent: receptionists, cleaners, quietness.Luxury big comfortable bed.Everything spotlessly clean Unfortunately there was a lot of drilling on a building next door that woke us up early but that´s not the fault of the hotel. A few problems: kitchen extractor broken, no curtain in bedroom so too light early morning, bedroom door didn´t stay open, bathroom door wouldn´t close.

Nice hotel easy access to transportation and store
Very good cost and comfortable with free wifi. However the wifi needs to be strengthen it work wonderful down in the lobby, but is in and out up stairs. The hotel was really safe with a very good wireless key system.

we stayed for 3 weeks and during all of our stay there was no internet...no matter how much we complained they could not care less. we found a cockroach and pillows are so bad cheapest possible that its just ridicule. this hotel could not care less about any issues so avoid under any cost!!

Good hotel for an overnight stay. Clean and well equipped. Nice and fiendly staff. A bit far from the closest subway station (4 Bus-Stops), the internet does not work at all! A lot of good restaurants and supermarkets nearby.

lovely stay
Nice place spacious and clean. Separate bed room and lounge with large L shape sofa which turns into a bed. Only bad thing the duvet cover for the sofa bed was a bit dirty but once I informed reception they changed it within 5 minutes. The stay was good and would recommend this place

Good Apartment in a convenient Location
The location was ideal for us as we came for a wedding in a Hindu Temple off Broadway. The apartment was clean and specious. Only downside is there are hidden charges which were not explicit in the website. The car park fee is £20.00. Only a limited number of spaces( about 5 maximum). A refundable deposit of £50.00 to be paid on arrival on top of the room rate. Continental breakfast is available at £8.50 per person.
