Would have been nice to have been offered something on the house such as breakfast, or drinks etc. The room was nice, excellent shower, clean and nice and high up as one of the highest floors.

The ibis hotel was extremely convenient for an event at the OVO arena, it meant that we didn’t have to battle the crowds going home afterwards late at night and we could arrive early allowing us to leisurely ready ourselves for our evening out. It was a 6min walk the bar was open when we got back giving us the opportunity for a much needed nightcap. The common areas were tastefully decorated and clean, the staff attentive and polite, the rooms perfectly adequate my only complaint was the toilet flush didn’t always work and the bathroom in general smelt of urine. However that being said I would highly recommend and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

Great hotel, clean, comfortable and spacious room. Staff very helpful as well. My second stay here as a 5 minute walk from the entrance to Wembley Stadium and Wembley Arena. Great area with lots of shopping and dining options as well. Not too far from the underground station as well.

During my one night stay the staff were really friendly check in was quick and easy as was check out. Breakfast was good with a great selection of hot and cold options and the breakfast staff were friendly. Would definitely stay there again when in that part of the city.

First time in Ibis and my last. Overpriced for what you get. Very hot room that doesn't cool down extremely uncomfortable bed and room in major need of upgrading. Staff very polite and courteous and downstairs is quite nice but i guess that's to make guests think the rooms will be nice. For £109 per night i expected more in my opinion Ibis is a Overpriced budget hotel

Went to a gig at Wembley so okay for a place to sleep overnight. Did the job for what I needed. Some sofas in bar area heavily stained and needed deep cleaning or replacing but other than that hotel is fine for a short stay.

everything was great room had nice view and speedy check in but my room had no toilet paper in it

Passing through, this will do!
Location was perfect for Wembley, reception desk confused me, small bench with someone with laptop, didnt look like a reception desk! Bathroom was spotless, as was the bed, but worse night sleep ive every had, bed was so hard, glad i didnt stay more than one night, room was grubby by wardrobe, generally it was ok, certainly not sure id stay again
