We first went to this hotel: The reception area looked like a low end three stars hotel, as we walked to the hall way, walked down stairs and turned to the front of our room on the ground floor 101. There was so much mildew's smell. Both of our kids cried and didn't want to go into the room. We paid a none refundable for two nights already at that point and can't get the money back if we decide to leaved. The inside of the room smells the same as in the front of the room. The beds are so close apart with one foot gap in between the beds plus the other sides of the beds are against the walls so we had to got in the bed from the foot area. The bedsheets were made, but saw the lints, durst and some short hairs under the comforters, I believed they didn't do laundry between guests. There is no storage's area for our luggage's other than put them at the end of the beds, but there is just 18 inches between the end of the beds to the wall. There is no wardrobe, no table or chair. Nothing in the room other than the beds. But there are two pictures hung on the wall. That’s all you get for staying that hotel. The shower is a small corner shower, we had to bend our head against the shower wall over the soap dispenser to get the water to our heads. I would not recommend this place to my enemy. I would not consider this a a hotel room like they advertise for. Hope you do not choose the nine refundable option so you can walk out without loosing all your money.

Our aim is to provide comfortable and convenient accommodations for all our guests, and we regret that your experience fell short of this expectation. We have taken note of your comments regarding the bedsheets and room amenities. I can assure you that all of the bedding is changed from previous guests, but we can certainly investigate this and take it up with our linen provider if necessary.In situations where guests encounter challenges such as those you described with your children, our reception team is available 24/7 to assist and find suitable solutions. The room was in the basement or as we called it,the Dungeon dark & hot.No place to put anything. Bathroom tiny . No shelves to put toiletries. I booked this room 5 months ago for 4 women. Only 3 came fortunately as we were falling over each other. We wanted to change rooms but nothing available.Young man at desk,Gunvir was very helpful, offered free breakfasts. No thanks.He was great.

This was the perfect place for our short stay. The front desk staff was friendly and helpful; the room was small but clean; and the location was walking distance to shops, restaurants, and the train station. I would definitely stay here again.

Had an amazing stay at this hotel, staff at check in were really friendly and welcoming and the location is so central and convenient. The room was small but it’s a budget hotel so exactly what I expected however everything was really clean, the bed and pillows were so comfortable and the towels in the bathroom were unbelievably soft and fluffy. The day that I stayed it was a really hot day and although the rooms don’t have air conditioning, the room did have a large standing fan that rotated and it kept me so cool all night, whoever thought to put that there is a genius!! The only real issues were that this hotel doesn’t show on google maps which is odd. When walking to it, I had to find it on street view and then put in the name of the hotel next door so I could get directions. Also, the TV wasn’t properly working, it wasn’t a huge bother to me but something worth checking. Overall I had a lovely stay and if I’m ever visiting central London again, I would definitely like to stay again!

Very slow on reception, but did offer water! 1 of our rooms smelled of sewerage so 2 of our party had to be moved rooms. 1 room had a dirty floor and 1 room was very stuffy with a dodgy wall socket. Great location just needs modernizing.

The hotel room is ridiculously small, and there is not even room to open a suitcase. No one wants to stay for more than one night. The facility is also very old. No air conditioning. The window lock is broken. No room cleaning except for garbage collection for our 4 night stay. The hotel is located at a convenient place near Victoria & Pimlico railway station and Victoria Coach Station. Breakfast is good, while it is continental and not English.

Stayed at the Huttons Hotel for an overnight work trip to London. The hotel is located in a quiet area of Victoria (quiet, in London? Yes it was) The hotel was easy to find and the reception staff were attentive, friendly and helpful - I needed a fan for my room as I was quite warm, the concierge sorted this very quickly, and cleaned it before giving it to me. I can't comment on breakfast as I didn't take any, but the room was large, airy, clean and the bed was the comfiest I have ever had in a hotel (I stay in 2 - 3 per month, 9 months of the year, so I know a comfy bed). I had a ground floor room, which I was concerned about at first with the noise, but the area was quiet and I was able to sleep with the window open. The hotel, overall, could do with some updating. Some of which appears already happening under the new owners - the beds for one - which arguably is the post important. Some of the finishings (bathroom) aren't show room quality (paint marks, misaligned tiles, VERY high toilet...), but they aren't a showstoppers. The TV screen for the room was very small, but did have Netflix so win some, you lose some. Despite all the negative comments on other review sites and here, you can tell that the new owners are putting in a lot of effort in to upgrade and improve the hotel. If I am in the area again, I would have no qualms about booking this hotel again.

Stayed in London for the coronation. Disappointed that there was no fan in a room with no AC. Appreciate the building us older but at least there could have been a fan. Window only opened a few inches. There was no TV or internet services available. Went to front desk to complain and didn’t get much of a response. Would not stay there again.

El cuarto estaba sucio, habitación con poco espacio, no tenia nisiquiera una silla o taburete para sentarte. No hubo agua caliente en la habitación hasta despues de mas de 24 hrs del check in

Nicht zu empfehlen. Kein Safe vorhanden. Es wurden uns 10 Packungen Zigaretten und Bargeld und Sonnenbrille aus dem Zimmer geklaut, nach der ersten Zimmerreinigung.Als wir das Hotel informierten, kam keine Reaktion und keine Entschädigung. Sie äusserten nur es sei komisch und sie können nichts machen. Das Zimmer hat Gefälle und war schräg. Zimmer sehr klein und Hotel über 100 Jahre alt. Wir hatten ein Zimmer im 5. Stock, wodurch nur wenig Wasser nach oben gepumpt werden konnte. Somit hatten wir nur wenig Wasser zum duschen und hauptsächlich nur kaltes Wasser. Das Hotel ist absolut nicht zu empfehlen und viel zu teuer für das was man bekommt.

Definitely could have been cleaner. Also, the breakfast was disappointing...far from what one sees in the photos on the hotel profile. Having said that, the staff was friendly and the location was good.

Continuez comme ca !
Personnel tres disponible, souriant et à l'écoute. Ils ont vraiment le sens du mot "service". Proche des commodites. Arret de bus devant l'hotel. Bref, tout tres bien ! Il manque juste que le petit dejeuner soit un english breakfast.

Amazing location and great service
Wonderful location! Very close to Pimlico or Victoria station. The structure itself is not bad. The breakfast was a little basic but not bad. Once we arrived we were given a smokers room as non-smokers and the receptionist Cris was very helpful and diligent in solving that problem. No major complains. Would stay here again.
