The hotel had rooms available for early check-in so we were very grateful. Did I mention, we weren’t charged for early check-in? Fantastic hotel and staff—can’t brag about it enough!!"

"10th floor room we could see the London Eye, very comfortable and quiet. The only drawback was the step into the bath/shower which was very high and made getting in and out awkward"
