We are sorry to hear you didn't like the room, but have different kind of rooms with different sizes. As regards the room temperature, we do have fans for all of our rooms, in the future please come down to reception so we can provide you with one and improve your stay. We offer free breakfast which is very simple, but we do our best to keep it as assorted as possible so as to suit everyone! Hello James, We are sorry to hear you didn't like the hostel and felt it was not cleaned. Our housekeeping team works really hard everyday to meet the highest standards. They clean the rooms everyday and the bathrooms several times a day. Sometimes, especially in big dorms and during summer, it can get a bit stuffy, so we make sure to ventilate the rooms as much as possible. We hope you give us a second chance in the future!
