Though I arrived two hours before check in they were able to find a room that was available immediately for me to settle in, which was great I stayed on the third floor facing the Main Street and found it to be very quiet and peaceful at night. The linens were nice, the bed was comfy, and the towel warming rack in the bathroom worked really well. The team was super friendly and helpful, and I loved how close the hotel was to Kensington Gardens! It made for a perfect morning walk."
