The staff was great getting going and arranging our key etc. but we arrived at the property to the shower door hanging off- took 3 of us to make it work although not perfectly; no soap only shampoo so that too a trip to the store, No spatula so cooking was a challenge, then we found a slow slimy leak under the kitchen sink and in the morning the door to the street was notable to lock. I notified the main office, but it wasn't fixed the entire time we were there. The neighborhood was ok during the day but dicey at night. I would have felt much safer if the outside door was locking. Also huge windows with no screens so do not bring children. Nothing to keep anyone from falling out except common sense and balance. Noisy near station but seeing windows closed made us feel safer but also very hot as no AC, only fans. Still, it worked in the pinch were in and was a convenient place for getting to/from airport and sites.

We were pretty disappointed by this entire property. I thought the previous reviews might just be dramatic, but they were not. The property team also lied on previous reviews, assuring customers the strip club had been closed - it had not been. The music shook the house. Overall the property was very dirty, there are stains on every piece of furniture, rugs and carpet. The third floor bathroom had mold growth. Walls on the third floor were bubbling. Almost all furniture was broken in some ways, the master bed was sinking to the floor off the bed frame, chair legs were loose. The one couch had tears in it. The coffee maker and stove top didn’t work. The location (besides the strip club) was great though! Very close to the tube (you could hear the trains running below the house but nothing problematic, just a dull chugging every few minutes). Overall - I would only recommend this place if the price was way lower. Should it have been cheaper it would have been fine, but for the price I expected it to at least be clean.

Great apartment spacious rooms and clean. the Euston station is right across street which is access to tube and lots of things in walking distance. Would definitely stay again!

The location is good as it’s near Euston station. The property itself had significant mold growth in the 3 rd floor bathroom, the stove did not operate, and the dishwasher was rusted from the inside this no use of the dishwasher unless you want rusted water cleaning your dishes. As for the mold, well- since the bathroom is shared with two rooms on the third floor, those room were not used by us as I did not want my kids exposed to mold. Overall, terrible experience at the apartment and I will be contacting Expedia for a refund. Mold exposure is serious and I have pictures of how bad it was.

Property located above strip club ( no actual issues from the club though ) Very noisy location. Could not leave the windows open at night. It was very hot, but thankfully a fan was provided. Apartment was very tired. Certainly needs a repair / bathroom refit.

The location next to Euston Station is fantastic for getting out and exploring. The social space is brilliant for getting together as a group, and has everything you may need. Host very good at getting back to any issues. Some general wear and tear, but nothing that affects comfort during the stay. It is close/next door to a bar that can be rather loud at night, but fine once you're used to it (or wear earplugs). All in all, an excellent base for a stay in London

Good location in town and nice place but...
The apartment was nice, extremely good location by Euston, except it was directly overhead an all night strip club. Didn’t bother me but some might not enjoy. Several stores nearby to stock up at and a lovely kitchen, I enjoyed getting to cook a bit in the mornings. A rather expensive maid service fee, actually for that price I thought they’d come every day but didn’t once during our 3 night visit.

It was noisy . the Information on Hotels.com never included that the entrance to the apartment building was 3 feet away from the entrance to the strip club The Sophisticat. During the five days we stayed, the garbage was spilled on the sidewalk. in front of the windows of the living room was a loading dock maybe part of the train station (not sure) and it was very noisy and therefore we were unable to have windows open to ventilate the apartment since only one fan was available. We had communication issues with the office to get keys, address and instructions. We called twice from NY but had no answer. From London airport we finally got in contact. Upon arrival to apt, we noticed the sofa bed was broken. A repairman appear and said it had happen before and he had advised them it had to be replaced. He tried to fixed it. Next night, there was no hot water, the following morning no hot water either. Someone came while we were out and fixed it.The other two guests arrived on the third night and the sofa broke again. They ended up sleeping on the floor. We had traveled for an event next day and there was no way we could not move to another hotel because of time. Every night we heard loud voices from downstairs probably the clients of the club and doors opening and shutting loudly inside the building. We got a voucher for $150 as compensation for the lack of communication. Afterwards when we were back in the US, hotels.com said sorry and that was about it.

Dear guest, Thank you for your review. We are very sorry for the issue with the sofa, it just happened without any control. Finally , we have sent the handyman and fixed it. Regarding the noise, totally understand it , but it is mentioned that it is central and it is London which is very busy and noisy sometimes. Very sorry for the inconvenience of the noise and also that the hot water was interrupted. We hope you had a good stay overall . Best regards

Très bon logement que je recommande.
Le logement est spacieux, clair, propre, bien agencé et bien équipé. La gare d'Euston est très proche, ce qui est très pratique. La rue est par contre assez bruyante. La cabine de la douche aurait besoin d'un rafraîchissement. Il faudrait installer une bonde dans l'évier. Le canapé lit n'est pas suffisamment grand pour les personnes de plus d'1,70 mètre.
