Hello, You booked an Economy Room yet you insisted to the staff member that you booked an en suite room so please re-check your booking. You assumed you would be provided with breakfast and if you look closely you will see we do not provide breakfast unless it is pre-booked and there is an extra cost added for it. Please therefore give a complete and honest review and how efficiently you were dealt with considering the late hour of your arrival Thank you

The property was, in my opinion, unsafe due to no smoke alarm, frayed wiring on extension, cluttered furniture and dirty facilities. Staff were very friendly and bedding was clean, as were towels but as a double room just not fit for purpose. The property was noisy all night as was location.

I only stayed one night and I was a little disappointed that there was no kettle, coffee or tea in the room. Also the part of the shower that holds up the shower head was broken making it difficult to wash in such a confined space. Otherwise the staff were nice and my room was clean

Never again!!!!!!
No check in service, felt lost on arrival. When phoning to make enquiries the response very very abrupt. Lock on doors were numbers and even the gardener knew the number to enter my room so felt total unsecure to leave my belongings. Told I could check out later and then demanded to leave immediately. Even after having a second conversation with the lady in charge. The other guests who were long term where helpful but the staff when found were unhelpful. I would not recommend this place and will never ever return.

Just don't go here
This is by far the worst stay I ever had. It was very dirty and disgusting everywhere. The towels smelled like dead animals. So I can not recommend this place to anyone

Host was very friendly but it didn’t even have a sign on it to say it was a B and B and it felt a bit dirty. My wife was not impressed.

Very basic room. There was no soap in the room or tea/coffee making facilities but there was access to the kitchen. They also seem to be doing renovations as there was lots of drilling etc fairly early in the morning. But saying that i would use them again as the location is good for access to wembley.

This property was just okay. If you aren't going to be spending much time there it doesn't really matter. I had reserved a room with a private bathroom specifically for the bathtub. The bathtub in my room had no stopper and therefore I couldn't even take a bath, only showers which I could've done in the communal bathroom. There was no indication of soap for the bathroom, but I found it hidden under the sink in a giant jug without a pump. The cleaning staff was super creepy and one woman would often talk and laugh to herself, thankfully I wasn't staying at the property for the entire day. I came back late and a man was dancing with a piece of chicken, playing music in the kitchen, he was house staff. The best thing about this property was that they offered the food from the fridge and bread if we wanted. It's nothing to brag about, I most likely would not come here again.

Avoid this - not good enough
Break fast was declined and was told could be offered at an extra charge of £12/person though it was included in the price. It was a facility with common toilet - no en-suite. But it was cleverly not mentioned anywhere in the ad.

The details on the site misleading. Booked with breakfast included only to be told you have to pay extra £10 each for breakfast. Croissant and tea brought to room. Not good. Booked believing the room was with bathroom only to be told, we did not and it was a room without bathroom. Pay more if you want ensuite. Very wrong and the options on the site looked easy enough but reality we were disappointed with the problems encountered. Seemed to be pulling for more money. The place is very dated and could do with refurbishing. Room given was small and dreary. A and M

Thank you for your review, however, we feel it is rather unfair since we explained to you that the Channel Manager had made a mistake on our site hence the very cheap rate (less than £20.00) for a one night stay. We did not ask for money but we suggested if you had felt that what was charged initially was too low then you could have made an adjustment. Therefore, we left it up to you and you decided to say we had demanded money and that is not the case so please correct what you initially wrote.. We believe you were quite comfortable in the upgraded room which we actually gave you. thanks.

Not a B&B, it's a grim lodging house
People live there and they hung around in the halls and the kitchen. Breakfast was help yourself to day old bread and mouldy butter. No coffee left. Crusty sugar. Dirty mugs. Tiny room with narrow bed. The owner didn't know who we were or what we'd booked. It was grim, I wouldn't recommend it.

Sorry for your negative comments. We do not provide breakfast as part of the price you pay for your room. However we do provide cereal breads which are purchased daily so cannot understand why mouldy. Don't understand what you mean by "Crusty sugar"? Single rooms do tend to be small and if that is what you requested that is what you would have been given. The mugs are not dirty and we also provide paper cups so they would have been completely hygenic. thank you

Stökigt och rörigt ställe utan Breakfast
Inte det bästa B&B vi varit på. Stökigt och rörigt ställe. Ingen breakfast, inget fungerande wi-fi. Koder för att låsa rum som inte fungerade. Ommålning och renovering pågick och det låg saker för detta överallt, enorm lukt av måleriarbete. Kan inte rekommendera detta ställe.
