I can imagine in its time the hotel was luxurious, it hasn’t dated and is very well designed. Unfortunately, it’s looking a little tired now. There were marks all over the walls and ceiling and whilst it wasn’t a bad welcome, I didn’t get a warm feeling when checking in. The food was lovely (falafel wrap - great flavours) but the bar/lounge atmosphere left a lot to be desired. I was lucky to get a deal via Expedia, but I wouldn’t pay full price. I’m sure it’s excellent for golf and parking was easy. Some paint, work on the customer experience/journey and some nice jazz music in the lounge would improve this hotel greatly!

I am disabled and had no issues. The bar staff were particularly accommodating when someone's boots were hurting her and suddenly they produced a pair of slippers.....it's the little things 😀

Very comfortable with excellent facilities. The only thing stopping a 5⭐️ review is the cost of food onsite. Had to go offsite as I didn’t want to spend over £80 on 4 cheeseburgers (family of 4). Would definitely return for room only again.

This is not a four star hotel. The room is smaller than a premier Inn room, it was dirty with spider webs and dirt marks all over the walls. The food was appalling, how you can charge £21 for a cheeseburger is beyond me, but to then burn it and serve it in a stale bun? It is daylight robbery. I tried the penne arrabiata and it was overcooked to the point that the fork couldn't hold it, and it was covered in tinned tomatoes; I sent it back and asked for wings and chips thinking that you can't go wrong with that. The wings were not cooked, they were bloody and watery inside and unsafe to eat. The staff serving in the lounge were disorganised and kept forgetting simple things (cutlery, jug of tap water). We paid extra for breakfast and wish we didn't; the coffee machine had no coffee in it and just served hot milk, the hash browns were stodgy and mushy, and everything else was cold. This was meant to be a treat but it was so disappointing. Definitely not a four star hotel, I wouldn't give it 2 stars.

Great hotel
Really nice clean modern room. Great bathroom very clean. Receptionist very friendly as were bar staff. Only negative is they sell the cheapest nasty wine ( Isla Negra £4.50 a bottle at Tesco). I opted for a different one once I saw label. All very good- had very comfortable night sleep.

Pretty good
Comfy bed, generally quiet, prompt breakfast options. Really nice to have a proper radiator in the room to control heat. I enjoyed the pool and having a nice swim. The hotel has been newly upgraded but the walls could have done with a touch up to tie everything together. One end of the pool also smelled mouldy.

Another great stay at the Denham. As a family we love it. The hotel is lovely. The suites have everything a family needs including a mini fridge! My kids loved the pool and were in it 4 over the weekend. Breakfast was well stocked. Staff were very friendly. Location is great. Last year we came for Harry Potter. This year we did Christmas at Legoland and Windsor castle. We will be again Denham Grove we Cusacks love it.

Booked last minute and staff went out of the way to sort sofa bed for child at short notice and rearrange room. Staff throughout were great and Samantha in the restaurant a star fantastic. The food was great especially the indian menu really suggest you go for this its fabulous. Pool needs an upgrade tired and damaged. The changing room for the pool is really funny its smaller than my wardrobe at home with 4 men in there we were getting a little too personal ! unless you are looking for that then change in the room. Property is a little tired but the rooms great for what you pay really excellent stay and excelled by their staff. Well done

WOW Hotel, Family Friendly, Great Value
What a beautiful hotel, the welcome team at the front desk, we had a Junior suite which was just perfect, they had the extra beds ready. The kids wanted to go back again and I would highly recommend a family book a Junior suite. Parking on site, no issues. the pool is lovely and warm and the breakfast was great, something for the whole family. Its a great location if you want to do things in London but also Legoland, Bicester Village, Silverstone.

Not safe for vans
Hotel is van theft hot spot, another resident warned us on arrival that its likely we would be broken into. Reception feigned ignorance and despite other trip advisors graphic reviews (and the hotels response that they "were working with police") we saw no evidence of increased lighting in carpark, CCTV or a barrier at entrance. If you are travelling for work think twice - we checked out after our initial stay and have sought accommodation elsewhere. We will not use again.
