I didn't like that I had to go to another property to pick up keys. It would be very easy to have a set up similar to the Arne street location for key pickup. The pull out couch mattress was very thin and you could easily feel the springs. Layout was of apartment was very good. Wifi was spotty. Water from the shower got on the floor very easily and there needs to be a fan in the bathroom. Balcony was great.

Perfect London stay
We had a fantastic stay at this apartment, the location is central, just a few minutes walk from Covent Garden. Communication re check in/key pick up was clear and we had no problem collecting the key and finding the apartment. Spotlessly clean. Would highly recommend.

Everything about the property was fantastic. Location, checkin/out process, safety, cleanliness The bed was slightly over used and the toilet bowl was slightly loose at unit on 4th floor. The windows self locks at a certain time at night which was a bit strange but then is accessible in the morning.

The property was great. It was clean, spacious and communication was never an issue. The location was perfect…close to restaurants, shopping and pubs. We only had a few small issues such as the wifi being inconsistent despite managements efforts to fix. Also, it can be a little bit loud at night on the weekends. Overall, a great place and one I highly recommend. We can’t wait to go back.

The location is great, with restaurants, shopping, and theater all close by. The accommodations are spacious. But it just wasn't clean. We considered buying a Hoover and some Lysol to clean it up. Requests for a cleaning went nowhere.

Cant fault the location and space but other than that service was almost non-existent. We had to call multiple times and wait days for any requests as there are no staff onsite. Even the requests we had put in prior to check in and were assured of were not provided. Disappointing.

Clean and comfortable accommodations
We stayed in a three bedroom apartment which was perfect for our family trip with the grandparents. The apartment was clean and comfortable. We loved having the kitchen and living area for our group of 7. It made our trip a lot more relaxed and enjoyable. There are lots of restaurants in walking distance. It’s also easy walking distance to multiple tube stations to take you anywhere you want to go in London! We liked because so close to the theatres as well. It made me wish we had booked more shows! This apartment truly made our time in London more enjoyable!

Cove St Martins was situated in a fabulous place in Covent garden. Bills is literally downstairs and serve lovely food. We had breakfast which was amazing. A very short walk from leister square tube station and surrounded by fabulous cafes, bars and shops as well as being just a few minutes walk from the royal opera house and the covernt garden markets and stores. The apartment was clean and well presented. I used the contact number and was helped immediately with my enquiry. I would absolutely book again.

This property can be summed up in one word: location. It's in the centre of the theatre district and major theatres are less than a five minutes' walk away. There are many restaurant options everywhere around and Tesco Express stores (we ate breakfast in, generally) are equally close. It must be said that there were a couple of issues when we checked in; due to our having to take a later flight, we checked in on the second day of our booking, but even so, when we arrived, the room had not been cleaned. To make things worse, the wifi was not working. A phone call for each problem was all that was needed, however: while we went out for dinner, housekeeping came in and cleaned the room and we were given the wifi password for the room next door and we "piggybacked" on them for the rest of the week with no problem. Staff were very apologetic and helpful. The apartment (we were in #2) is comfortable and functional, with lots of natural light, and the appliances (washer/dryer, oven and stove, dishwasher work well, although not intuitively for North Americans. (Don't bother with the dryer, as it doesn't do a very good job - use the large drying rack supplied instead). We were extremely happy with Cove St. Martin's and would highly recommend it.

Great apartment and set up. Very centrally located. It would have been helpful to know there was onsite construction and that the key had to be collected from another relocation a few blocks away. The key was not there and I spend 30 minutes talking to people to get access after 14 hours of traveling. Quick to resolve but frustrating

Overall the property was great. Location was perfect and rare to find a 3 bedroom apartment. Really pleased overall. One issue was the windows and doors that lead to the balcony that stretches the length of the apartment. The doors did not fit properly and therefore let in noise and draft. I would have expected quality fitted doors and windows and not have a 1 inch gap at the top or bottom....i would stay again but would expect there to not be issues again

Birthday treat.
The apartment and the location was superb. The only small niggle is having to go to another property for the keys. I dont understand why a lock box or code could not be at the place we were staying rather than another property. Its not a deal breaker. Im very happy we stayed there and discovered this area.

Inadequate ventilation in the bedroom- no airconditioning, no fan, and a window that has been locked shut. No way for air to move across. Had to sleep with the door open to the hallway and it was still close to 80F in the bedroom. Inadequate towels left in the bathroom. Email to manager never returned. Checkout procedure HIGHLY unclear and appear unsafe.

Very nicely located. They were very accommodating in allowing us to put our luggage in the apartment as we arrived from the US in the morning. Keep that in mind as there is typically no place to store your luggage if arriving before check in or if your flight is late after check out. Also, you have to walk a couple of blocks to go get your key which is a problem in case you land there with your luggage and you are alone. They should have a lockbox in the same building.

The location is excellent but that is where the positives end. After receiving an email asking me to pick up the keys from a different location I arrived at the property. The front door only opened half way, it was being stopped by the door closure arm above. I didn’t think much of it at the time as I was only booked in for one night. The one bed apartment was a good size although the shower room was very small. The furniture was very budget and poor quality for a 4 star apartment, however the bed was fine. The windows in the living room were locked closed and as there is no air conditioning it got stuffy as I was staying in July. The wood flooring in the hall was scuffed and there was no carpet gripper between the hall and bedroom, leaving frayed carpet edges. The bedroom carpet was also stained and there was mould around the sealant in the shower room and limescale on the fixtures. I had an email the day after checking out to say that I had caused damage to the front door and my credit card had been charged £200. I advised that the door was already damaged on my arrival to which I had a response basically calling me a liar. I am now taking this up with the authorities. I would advise anyone planning on staying at a SACO property to do a thorough video tour to point out any issues that you may be charged for. I travel frequently for work and have never experienced such poor service. This was my first and will definitely be my last stay at a SACO property.

Fantastic location, we had Number 9. Comfy beds, clean throughout, good facilities, I’m not the first to comment the sofas have some stains but not off putting. Definitely recommend and will be going back. Keys collected from another apartment a short walk away via code and lockbox.... I missed the email but after a quick call it was all sorted.

We had an amazing time and the apartment was the icing on the cake , everything you needed is in the flat. The rooms are so spacious and lush , the bed is so comfy we had a great sleep every night.
