The Hotels location is ideal, we were upgraded to a bigger room with a view on the park, the staff was very friendly, accommodating and helpful, the food was delicious, and nothing was too much trouble. I really can’t fault anything about this hotel. Would be staying there again.

Baglioni Hotel London

The hotel is located across from Hyde Park and near excellent restaurants and pubs. The rooms were very comfortable and the bathrooms were quite large compared to most hotels. The beds were super comfortable. Breakfast was included daily and the service was exceptional in the dining room and bar. We especially enjoyed visiting with Filip in the bar during the evening.

A lovely place

A beautiful hotel in Kensington just by Hyde Park. But that really makes this a lovely experience is the young staff working hard always with a smile. Warmly recommended.

Excellent hotel right next to Hyde Park and convenient to South Kensington. The staff are very helpful and friendly. The only slight criticism would be the food for breakfast in the hotel restaurant. Most of the pastries are good, but the omeletes were very overcooked and dry.

Super friendly and nice.

Super freindly confortable nice hotel. We had one issue with the room which was resolved sympathetically. The hotel went beyond though on departure when they sorted out a taxi issue for us.
