They do not do breakfast which is the only issue but there are several options within 200 yards so no problem. very clean, modern, spacious rooms, helpful staff and easy parking (£20)

Near tube station
Room was lovely with all facilities although the wifu was rubbish. Staff were very friendly and it was a great location as the tube is a 5min walk away. Woukd stay again

Reception staff very on welcome and departure however - the property reception area was not 4* and did not smell very clean, scruffy - Arriving at hotel - people hanging around drunk outside the door on arrival and they were tenants - After returning later from dinner around 9ish - tenants had open room doors shouting across the corridor to each on ground floor just as one turns the corner from reception to access other rooms, very intimidating! Can’t believe reception did not tell them to stop as you could clearly hear the shouting - The room was average with dirty stained in need of repair net blinds and one which wouldn’t open properly - The room Had an access door which lead to 2 private doors One marked Staff and the other door to the room. There was a wire coming out from under the room marked STAFF which went under the access door and was plugged into a socket in the corridor - very odd and a hazard. - Just as one was about to fall asleep Staff obviously entered the room next door and started cooking and talking - The staff door closing and opening during night, very unsettling Overall not a good business stay for a Monday night and not a place I would bring my family.

Very Rundown, shandy & dirty
Have stayed at this hotel 3 times before but not in the last 18 months & it was a good location with parking & always well looked after. Well on this trip I can only say my room was disgusting (see photos)! The mattress was dirty & stained, the walls filthy & smeared with dirt & handprints, around the floor boards filthy, damaged furniture, window blind broke off & just hooked over the fittings so it fell off as you tried to open it, toilet sheet damaged & hanging off!!! Lots more too, made a video which really shows how bad things are but can’t post on here. Spoke to manager verse email & 50% refund offered which never happened, now serval emails later no reply!! DONT STAY HERE ITS FILTHY!!! In today’s COVID hazard times I don’t believe the hygiene is good!!

The guy on reception was lovely. The property was a good price. Just for one night and really booked as we needed parking. The property is badly in need of an upgrade. The bed had springs poking through.

Very clean, friendly staff, great location ;) The only issue (which isn’t the hotels fault) was that the church bells next door rang every hour on the quarter past ;/ so at 5.15am they rang 5 times, at 2.15am they rang 2 times etc! Woke the kids up every time.

Reception friendly and great to have car parking on site (for a little extra) but room had signs of leak repair in progress and air conditioning unit whirring loudly all night meant little sleep!

Dripping ceiling
Ceiling leaking through spotlight near the toilet so floor was wet and you got dripped on when using the toilet. Reception Staff were friendly and good. The room was nice and a good size but not the cleanest.

The front desk staff Kasim and Arif are wonderful and very helpful. The room has refrigerator and micro wave. If I go back to London I will stay at this place again.

No heating in the room and the receptionist couldn’t help us with it apart from switching the air con on.The room was 12 degrees all night. Microwave didn’t work. Door was really stiff, making it difficult to open and shut.

Weekend trip
Myself and two friends stayed here as we were attending a gig at the O2 Kentish Forum for a couple of joint birthdays. The room was clean, tidy, well sized and overall pretty good, the only bad thing is the church next door, with bells chiming every other hour, 12 minutes past the hour.

Not luxury and not an Aparthotel
This is neither luxury nor an Aparthotel. Mattress looked and felt 20 years old and had to sleep on the bed settee as bed so non-supportive and uncomfortable. Furniture all old and tatty. Air con worked only some of the time. Place is basically for social housing with hotels.com clients filling the gaps. No bar, no restaurant, no communal lounge ie NOT a hotel/aparthotel at all. Free international phonically on site but not even a phone; Any refund refused by owner/manager. Never again!

Stayed only 1 night of 8 I paid for, no refund.
Terrible room condition, an extremely squeezed place at a decent rate. Even parking costs 10 pounds. As soon as we checked in, we realized we cannot stay for 8 nights that we have paid for already (1250 pounds), and checked out the next morning. No refund was issued whatsoever. So, even though we lost about 1000 pounds, I still feel we made the right decision. The manager knows that people would like to check out after seeing/staying in the room, and therefore puts in the clause of non-refundable in the bookings.

The good: the location is fantastic for getting around London via the tube, having a toaster, microwave and fridge in the room is really helpful as it means you don’t have to eat out everyday, parking is great we managed to park about a 1 minute walk from our room and we felt safe with the car location (far enough from people walking by), the desk area with mirror was perfect for my wife doing makeup as the mirror had some lighting, there was a decent amount of storage for hanging clothes and hangers were provided. The not so good: there was no maid service so in the 5 days we stayed, the tea, coffee, shower gel, bins and cutlery used were not replaced, there was also no turn down service...the double bed was just two single mattresses together and so one of us was falling down the middle through the night, there were ants in the room (the room only had a small door separating it from outside so probably easy for little bugs to get in).

Loft was spacious. However horrible cigarette smell for a non smoking room. No curtain on shower. Window handles broken, windows leaked terribly on a rainy day. Bed was uncomfortable. Insufficient car spaces.

4 out of 5 stars well deserved.
Nice place, great underground access less than a few minutes walk away. Air-con not working but we were given a small electric heater that did the job. For the price, the location, the service and the overall experience we would definitely stay here again. Thank you So Arch.

The Location was perfect for exploring London ( by nearby tube) . The amenities were good generally but the bed was noisy and a bit old ... and the stair hand rail was insecure . The private parking was very reassuring and there was always someone around in attendance - this was very good .We shall be back ! Thank you !!
