"I stayed in a room on the first floor, and unfortunately, the cleanliness was far below my expectations. There was a noticeable buildup of dust in several areas, the refrigerator did not work properly, and the shower curtain in the bathroom had an unpleasant odor. Overall, it was a very disappointing experience. If I visit Dublin again, I will not stay at this hotel."

"Upon arrival, I was informed that the elevator was not working and I was also on the 3rd floor. I'm traveling cross country from CA so I have a few things that I need to bring into the room with me, which wasn't easy going up and down 3 flights of stairs. Additionally, the inside temp of the hotel was extremely warm once you left the front lobby area. The wings of the hotel that had the stair wells were significantly warmer than the rest of the hotel, and that's because the AC units at the ends...
