"Likes the staff and place was clean"

"The room was in poor condition as far as the microwave was very old and broke the walls was extremely dingy the bed was rock hard and bathroom was not the cleanest and spiders joined me in the shower out the building was a lot of contraction material including several toilets but the one in my room was not new"

"We were greeted by a friendly staff member. Our room was clean and fresh. We took advantage of the continental breakfast."

"I didn't stay in the room much but they do bring clean towels every morning that good but they don't clean the rugs that's the only bad thing. Everytime you go from the bed to the bathroom you have to put slippers cause it's dirty and when you get to the bathroom it's dirty"

"The people that worked there were very good to us. I feel the owner or the management of that hotel. I’d be ashamed of yourself leaving one person behind the desk 65 rooms to take care of they can’t do it. It’s very hard and they tried they did their best. That’s why I gave it a three not because of the people it’s because of the Owner and management of that hotel ought to be ashamed of themselves. They need to pay those people double pay that’s my personal opinion. Thank you."

"Everything was clean, staff was helpful and nice. Breakfast was okay. Kept getting runaround with checkin and my checkin was an hour late because housekeeping was low staff. Had to keep driving around occupying my children while we waited. Other than that we enjoyed our stay."

"Nice hotel for a quick stay in Columbus. Not right in the middle of things so it's quiet. The only issue I had was there was no house keeping service during our stay. I don't mind if no one comes in to make the bed, but it's important to me to give us fresh towels, especially when they didn't leave enough for the two days we were there. If you don't provide that service you should let guests know ahead of time."
