"We were initially a little disappointed by the location of the hotel - which is on a main road and about ten minutes walk from the beach. There were other cheaper hotels closer to the beach which we hadn't found on the internet (but most of them didn't serve alcohol) - indeed we suspect we paid about double what we would have paid if we had booked locally for this hotel. However the hotel staff were great and we ended up having a really enjoyable few days - staff were very friendly and helpful....

"I would not recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The walls were coming away from each other at the corners, leaving gaping holes which allowed mosquitos to enter and snack on us all night! If you are staying in room 104 check the mattress, we discovered after sleeping in the room the first evening blood stains on the bed sheets, upon inspection we noticed a rather large blood stain on the mattress. The villa was beautifully decorated thorought with full privacy in the outside space.
The private pool was so nice for cooling off in after the heat of the day.
