The rooms were clean, though they would benefit from some renovation. The restaurant staff were excellent, with special recognition to Daiyu for outstanding customer service. The resort features well-maintained gardens throughout the property and offers a beautiful view of the beach

The hotel is a bit tired and the beach is not the best but the service from the staff was excellent. Breakfast was good and varied. It was good value for money for the price paid. I would go back there again.

Spacious resort with good facilities

Spacious resort with well kept garden. Rooms were separate bungalow style and spacious. One of the rooms had air conditioning issue but it was not too bad because we only stayed for 1 night. The resort looks tired so it needs to be refreshed. Rinjani restaurant has good food but service is slow. Breakfast has a huge variety of food and they were amazing. We also bought some handmade souvenirs from a craftman who was selling in front of Rinjani restaurant and from a little souvenir shop in the hotel area. They were good values

Nice hotel but no seaview and soundproof

Nice international hotel with a very friendly staff with direct access to the beach. I booked a bungalow, no. 118 with sea view which was really non-existing due to fence between the area and beach, full grown pal trees and small shops covered in tarp. They held a couple of conferences with evening arrangements and a Saturday disco night during my stay and the microphone/speaker could be heard as loud as you where a the party yourself in my despite being a bit away from all of it. The bungalow is not soundsproof at all and you can hear people talking ans watching television.

The facility is nice but should be better maintained, especially the bungalows. The pool and the private beach are very nice, while the negative note is about the breakfast and the in-house restaurants. For the same price we ate much better in some places close to the facility. To be fair, given the prices of the facility we can't complain too much.

Beautiful large grounds with the ocean on two sides, loved staying in the garden bungalow among stunning large trees and well kept flowering plants. Ocean views were spectacular especially from the beach bar area. Fun watching surfers too. The hotel often hosts celebrations, which can be noisy. Music was always too loud. Sadly our stay was also interrupted by tree cutting, again very loud and right beside the pool. Otherwise we enjoyed our stay, good food and the pool.

This is a very large property, gardens are beautiful and well cared for but not so the paths, decking by the ocean and the pool area! Lots of broken umbrellas bases but not enough umbrellas! Pool needs lots of maintenance! Rooms are still lovely and well serviced but once again maintenance is needed! Staff are lovely but breakfast area is lacking in as much as clearing tables and filing up empty food containers! Because it's such a large hotel it's lost the personal feel!
