"Soggiorniamo all'Hotel Sorriso, sempre di passaggio, un paio di volte l'anno e ogni volta siamo sorpresi dall'empatia e dalla genuina cortesia dei gestori e del personale. Apprezziamo anche il cibo, fatto con ingredienti di qualità, cucinato con competenza e servito senza inutili fronzoli. Il tutto a prezzi molto ragionevoli. Per noi, una tappa sempre molto piacevole."

"Un ÉNORME MERCI au jeune homme qui a attendu notre arrivée tardive imprévue (plus de minuit !) alors que nous aurions dû arriver autour de 19H ! Aimable, gentil et efficace !!! Une belle et immense résidence ! les chambres sont grandes, la propreté et le calme parfaits ! Stationnement fermé et sécurisé pour nos motos (ou pour votre voiture !). L'environnement est magnifique, idéal pour la randonnée en été, le ski en hiver ! Restauration/commerces dans un petit village tout proche."

This is the second time that I stay here: Last Summer they rented me a bike for free and I went all around Lake Iseo; this year they offered me a discounted ticket for the famous spa, which is the town’s main attraction. It was a pleasure to talk with the owner of the hotel and share stories with him. And it is always amazing to admire and taste the huge variety of cakes being offered for breakfast.
