"Everything was just perfect with our stay at the Imperial, Every member of staff made us feel so welcome and were always there to help, advice and give top notch service. The restaurants & bars are a really high standard, the Patiala Peg makes an amazing cocktail. The breakfast is an amazing experience with many wonderful options particularly the local specialties. Also the complimentary art tour is really interesting and knowing you are staying in such an historically significant place adds to the uniqueness of the fine hotel."

"Our stay at The Lodhi, New Delhi was exceptional from start to finish. The staff truly define luxury hospitality—warm, attentive, professional, and always ready to help with a genuine smile. Every interaction made us feel welcomed and valued. The rooms are among the most spacious we have stayed in, beautifully designed, impeccably clean, and incredibly comfortable. The calm atmosphere made it the perfect place to unwind after long days of sightseeing. Housekeeping maintained the room to the highest standards throughout our stay. What made this experience even more memorable was the contrast with our previous stay at The Leela Palace Delhi. Unfortunately, our experience there was overshadowed by loud late-night wedding music and inadequate soundproofing, which disrupted the peaceful stay we had planned after a long international journey. At The Lodhi, we found exactly what we were looking for: peace, comfort, privacy, outstanding service, and genuine five-star hospitality. The team consistently exceeded our expectations and restored our confidence in luxury hospitality. Thank you to everyone at The Lodhi for making our family trip so memorable. We will gladly return on our next visit to Delhi and highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a refined, tranquil, and truly world-class experience."

"The rooms were very clean, exactly like in the pictures. Items like dental kit, water, loofa, snacks are complementary. Staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast was good. Overall, a good stay for a good price. Just, mind that it says that shuttle from the airport is available and it’s not… I tried messaging and got no answer so, called and asked about it and they said that they didn’t provide that service. Other than that, it was all according to description "
