"L'appartement en lui même est très sympathique, en revanche pas de volet, juste des stores aux fenêtres et celui de la chambre qui ne fonctionne pas, résultat, on a le plaisir de se lever avec la lumière du jour. Pas de quatrième coussin, nous étions 4 ... dommage. Et il a fallu réclamer le code wifi à l'agence de location, les infos n'étaient pas sur place. La résidence est nickel, à 10 mn en voiture du centre de Lugano. Un parking privatif sous l'immeuble avec des télécommandes pour y accéder....

"The apartment was beautiful with an amazing view. However, the wifi didn't work and the person in charge didn't bother coming to look at it or help us. So for three days we didn't have wifi or TV. In addition, the listing said they had a pool. There was no pool. When I asked the person in charge she told me that she meant the public pool. A bit disappointing, but we made the best of it. "

"Es war gut, nun jeden Abend kam vielen Spinnen… für jemanden der Angst davon hat es ist nicht zu empfehlen. Unten ist der Friedhof und das wurde auch nicht beschrieben in der Anzeige. Was mir gefallen hat, ist, dass man hatte alles, im Haus was man braucht."

"Tolle Unterkunft, mit tollem Ausblick. Preislich auch fair. Super zentral gelegen. Alles war sauber, die Zimmer waren schön groß. Einzig, in der Küche könnte es bei der Ausstattung ein paar Sachen mehr geben, beispielsweise Geschirrtücher. Aber das ist wirklich nur ein halber Stern Abzug. Trotzdem fand ich die Wohnung top! "
