Large, clean rooms, underground parking/bike storage, on-site laundry, pool, delicious breakfast, and a very friendly and helpful staff. Andrea at the front desk is delightful. "The Grand Hotel Victoria is an amazing property with a warm and friendly staff willing to help at all times. Our stay in a Jr Suite was spectacular, with a deck and expansive views of Lake Como. The rooms were very nicely appointed and the staff was very responsive to cleaning requests, turn down service and requests for things like ice and pillows. The Spa is amazing, with literally something for everyone, whether you like lap pools, waterfall massagers, hot and cold therapies, saunas and so much more. The beach club is a 5 minute walk down the street and provides multiple pools, lounge areas, dining and of course access to the lake itself. Finally, the food was excellent, from the breakfast buffet to inspired Italian meals. You won't be disappointed in this hotel, and Menaggio is a great location to explore all that Lake Como has to offer. "
