A few things- the hallways were very dark. The rooms were dark too. The hallway also had no a/c and seemed to have heat on (in August). It was oppressive to walk in the hallway. The scavenger hunt was a fun touch for the kids, and there was plenty to keep them interested while exploring the hotel property and the surrounding shops. We also ordered in-room dining from Tuscan Kitchen, which arrived quickly and was quite tasty. Our only real area of feedback relates to the pool experience.
