"Staff might have been the kindest & most accommodating I’ve ever encountered by a hotel, and I’ve stayed at a variety of places including Westin, Four Seasons, the Marriott, & other boutique hotels but the valet, bell hops, & front desk staff were all super kind & accommodating. "Front desk staff were so nice. My daughter (8) loves “staying in the city” and she let the front desk staff know how excited she was to “have a view”. They put us on the top floor. Parking is a little bit on the tighter side, we have an SUV. Overall, great stay, nice area and we felt safe. Very close to the convention center and could have easily done the 10 minute walk to and from. "

"Everything was perfect except front desk wasn’t that friendly. Didn’t tell me where or when breakfast was. And breakfast is on the second floor which I had to search for. "

"Our room was the highlight of our stay. It was a 3 bed that fit all 6 of us comfortably. You can’t find that anywhere! The breakfast wasn’t your typical hotel breakfast. Loved having more options for breakfast. Parking and the area surrounding was great. Will definitely return to this property. "

"Absolutely loved our stay here! The room was immaculate and comfortable and was a great place to crash for the night. There's a parking garage close by, and lots of restaurants and shops within easy walking distance. If homeless people make you uncomfortable, you might not enjoy walking around, but we've never encountered anyone threatening downtown.
