I stayed on a Monday and the people at the bar across the street stayed out yelling until 4 am. Then at 6 am for an hour I hear kids slamming doors and running up and down the hallway. On a Monday. Better security is needed. People at front desk were very helpful and kind.

Great mini-break away

All the staff were exceptionally accommodating and helpful. Very polite and welcoming. It was nice to have a bedroom where the aircon actually worked!! I loved the little touches of hand soap, shower gel and shampoo. Also a hairdryer is supplied! It’s easy to get a sunbed if you’re up before 11:00, as most of the guests are of the younger generation and don’t seem to see daylight until midday! Some areas could do with updating/ maintenance, such as the poolside furniture, this is looking a little tired and some broken. Breakfast, there was everything you could wish for and all cooked/served to a high quality standard. I can’t fault the food! Overall, would we stay again….. definitely yes! A really great location, easy 5 minute walking distance to the beach and main strip with plenty of bars & restaurants, but just out enough for a bit of peace of quiet too. A local convenience store, Caprabo is a 1 minute walk where you can stock up on supplies (water, snacks, alcohol) should you wish for a cheaper option during your stay. A mini-fridge is supplied (and works!!) in your room. Loved it and would definitely return!

We arrived at the hotel it was boarded up, we were then told to go to a sister hotel 15 minutes away in the Fergus group. Arrived, 2 hour wait to be told they do not have details of our booking. Hotels.com also did not notify us despite making the booking through them. Awful experience

Liked the theming

Staff on reception where very friendly and always said hello. Maria was great at checking us in and ensuring we knew what we needed to. The rooms where ok and bathrooms where the nicest part. As a couple coming for respite we were kept awake most nights by our neighbours as rooms are obviously very echoey, i would say typical of european countries as someone who usually goes further a field. Breakfast was fine however one of the young male waiters was rather rude when my partner asked about butter, he scuttled off to his colleague not realising i was with my partner and started mimicking butter as though my partner was crazy. We didnt spend much time at the hotel and never used the pool facilities, from what i could see it doesnt look like you would get much sun and there really wasnt than many sunbeds. Overall the stay was adequate.

Great little friendly hotel

I really liked my stay at the BPM Lloret hotel with my family. The hotel itself is recently refurbished and is clean. The rooms are quite interesting in their design, with the specific colours, and it makes quite a striking impression, especially from the outside. They do their best to ensure that everyone is well looked after at the hotel, and the common areas are nice. I liked the design of the lobby area, the pool bar, and especially the roof terrace which is only open on an evening. All the staff at the hotel were great. In particular, the guy on the entertainment, and the waiter at the rooftop bar. They made a particular effort to ensure that everyone had a great time. Regarding the food and restaurant. I would say that the food was very good in general. There were always plenty of options at breakfast, and although it was the same most days, there was always plenty of choice so you didn't have to have the same things. We paid extra for half board and I must say that it was brilliant. Always plenty of food available, and the themed nights were great, especially the Mexican night. Drinks were not included in this but you could order wine and other drinks to the table at a very reasonable price. If I had one criticism of the restaurant it would be that it was set out for a maximum of 4 people per table. One final minor criticism would be the lack of bathroom doors on the family rooms. This might be fine for couples sharing, but made it more difficult as a family

No muy buena experiencia

La atención de los recepcionistas, perfecta. El hotel no está mal, la única está bastante bien. Pero los puntos malos han sido dos. El horario del desayuno, 7:30 a 9:30, creo que es la franja horaria más corta que he visto en hoteles, pero lo peor es que aún llegando a las 9 en punto. Solo quedaban huevos revueltos, salchichas y alubias con tomate. Nada de pastas, ni queso, ni bacon. Preguntar que por qué no hay más siendo las 9, y responder que ya es tarde. Al siguiente día ir a las 7:30, y ver que solo reponen una vez… en fin, creo que no vale la pena pudiendo desayunar más barato en cualquier sitio. Y por último, se rompió el ascensor y en todo el fin de semana, no se reparó. Nos dejaron usar el del servicio el día que nos fuimos, ya que desde el cuarto piso con carrito de bebé y maleta, era un poco de locos!!!

No parece un hotel de 4 estrallas. El baño estaba sucio. No había plaça de aparcamiento disponible. En la piscina había que pagar un suplemento más de 7 euros para las sombrillas (con una bebida incluida) y de hecho en su página web no lo indican en ningún lado. Tendrían que especificarlo! No lo aconsejaría.
