"Staff were brilliant, rooms have been let go from a maintenance point of view. Food was tasty but very over priced, especially the breakfast. Would have made a complaint if I’d had to pay £18 for that had it not been included with the nights stay. Drinks reasonably priced though."

"Myself and my partner were really impressed by the beautiful decor at Lanelay Hall the hotel and our room was very spacious - the biggest room I’ve ever had whilst staying at a hotel. The happy birthday treats and petals were a really kind lovely touch too. "Staff very polite and helpful, however the lifts in the resorts were really bad, very slow and not enough lifts for the number of rooms, sometimes i had to wait well over 5 mins to get into the lift, my room was on the 8th floor do could not really use the stairs"

"The hotel is situated in beautiful surroundings and we were lucky to be given a stone cottage apartment with outside decking overlooking the pond and grounds. Beautiful! The staff were all very pleasant but overstretched and and quite stressed at times. Breakfast was good but didn't run smoothly. The restaurant food and service was very good.The pool and spa were really lovely and the gym looked amazing. Don't rely on trying to get a taxi anywhere.
