Really first rate stay. Inc.proper English breakfast. Tastefully furnished Victorian house and friendly and competent owners.

Superb place!!
Extremely comfortable and clean room. All the facilities you need when away from home. First class service and owners were great. Excellent evening meal and breakfast. COVID secure.

The Fantastic Vale House Hotel.
This Hotel is finished to a very high standard the Suit I stayed in was impeccable and the standard of service is brilliant. Due to Covid lockdown I had breakfast delivered to my bedroom door, the breakfast was well presented and well cooked. I only had a couple of nights but I will return next month.

Fail to understand this review - you contacted us on the day of arrival to say you couldn't make it , as you were in quarantine - to which we replied "Thanks for letting us know".Now - we see this score and don't understand ?

From the moment we stepped through the door we were Looked after and nothing was too much trouble, the room was amazing and all through the house it is fabulously decorated, the breakfast was plentiful with a choice for every taste Thank you to Jayne and to Steven for making our stay so enjoyable

Cannot fault this property, hosts friendly and attentive, place clean, stunning decor. Lovely breakfast. Would definitely stay again and recommend.

Large airy rooms and comfy beds. Nice modern bathroom. Jayne and Peter are superb hosts and made my husband and I feel most welcome.

Fabulous B&B with wonderful hosts.

Lovely Property and great hosts
Very conveniently located for Southport centre (Lord Street). Great to have off street parking at the hotel as well. Hosts were helpful and friendly. This is a lovely property, well maintained and tastefully decorated. We will definitely use Vale House again for B&B stay.

The property was well signed so you can locate it very easily, also car park facilities, this is always a big plus in my books. Outside was very clean and tidy, once inside the property very large open reception area. The Burton Suite was very luxurious including a mini fridge Water provided all other drinks and condiments provided such as Coffee Tea and Hot Chocolate. All rooms was very clean and tidy, all toiletries was provided and towels. Breakfast room was unique looked out into the front area. Would recommend this to anybody that I know, give this property 100%.
