It was a very convenient place to stay whilst I visited relatives. The room was extremely clean and had everything I needed at an affordable price. I didn't see anybody much during my stay but the staff I met were friendly and helpful. I will definitely use this hotel again.

Great stay for 1 night, I booked a single room, they gave me a double room, huge comfy bed with plenty of space with 2 desks and an armchair in the room! Excellent location within a walking distance to the town and promenade. I had a small dog with me and he enjoyed the stay very much! highly recommended : )

It was far better than expectations. On a no through road so it was quiet.Free car parking nearby and only 10 minutes walk from New Brighton Railway station. Staff were really welcoming and helpful. Great food reasonably priced. Loved it :)

Hotel was in a convenient location, view of the river, easy check in, big size room nice and airy! Good shower. Clean and tidy! Decoration could do with some work and TV had no signal so couldn't watch it, but all together good value for money!
