The place was unclean unkept there were drug users everywhere people shouting in corridor s it’s was intimidating the only good thing was the cafe

Minhas únicas ressalvas são que o wi fi não pegava no quarto. Para acessar o quarto tinha que subir e descer escada além do elevador! E como já esperado não tem serviço de limpeza durante a estadia. Mas a decoração do hotel é bem bonitinha. E boa localização!

L'établissement est vraiment mignon, et chaleureux, on si sent vite très bien, le personnel tres avenant, sympathique et a l'écoute.. si je devais retourner a Liverpool se serais sans aucun doute au sleep eat and love.

Despite the fact they knew having a problem with showers and hot water I was not advised about it. Results: First night had a shower in a communal shower while I paid extra to have my en-suite room, because of no hot water Second night had warm water but my own shower wasn’t draining at all Third morning: after having changed room, no hot water nor draining shower Management was incapable of getting right decision!

Great location and good value for money

Good value for money, couldn't fault it apart from the very poor soundproofing. Felt like we could hear everyone that walked past and it was really noisy on Saturday night. Clean and comfortable, friendly staff. It was just the noise that let it down.

'You get what you paid for'

I stayed 10 days there. All the reviews about the noise and no hot water are true, because I could hear everything what happens in the next room as well as in the corridor. There were some problems with water boiler so I didn't have hot water for around 3-4 days. Water in public showers is heated by electric powered boiler so you can use those as emergency. Suoerb assistance by the staff. However my room was not cleaned even once (not even vacuumed) but I didn't need it anyway (used only to sleep and take a shower. I do not recommend coming here with kids, but for couple of days for a single or couple it might be a money saving choice.

A let down

Room was very loud. Double room with private bathroom was located outside of main building where service personnel were banging bins etc late at night and early morning. Also security light outside flickering on and off all night which was shining through the room windows even with blinds down. Considering this was supposed to be one of the more expensive rooms it was a big let down.

Très bien et proche du centre

L'Hôtel/auberge est situé à proximité du centre de Liverpool, les chambres sont petites mais suffisante pour quelques nuits. Petit soucis avec le radiateur mais vite réglé par le staff qui est très sympa. Je recommande !

Me alojé un fin de semana con mi pareja, siendo sincera no lo recomiendo. Llegamos y no teníamos la habitación hecha, había toallas usadas, la cama desecha, objetos de los anteriores huéspedes (cuchillas, cajas, mecheros), la cama estaba sucia (sustancias de los anteriores huéspedes), y la ducha era un cuadro, por no hablar del olor. El último día quisimos seguir visitando la preciosa ciudad y dejamos que nos guardaran las maletas, no identificaron nuestras maletas con ningún número o nombre y las tenían todas en una sala juntas, el chico ni siquiera se fijó en nosotros. Al llegar tuvimos miedo que ya no estuvieran, ya que cualquiera podía coger la maleta que quisiera, eso no tenía ningún tipo de seguridad. Lo único con lo que quedo contenta es la ubicación, calefacción y el trato de los empleados, lo bueno que estaba a escasos 10 minutos del centro de Liverpool, sin embargo, la relación calidad-precio nefasta, pagué mucho más de lo que realmente vale.

Mixed bag

So the bed was too small and there were walls on both sides of the bed so i couldnt strech out. Not comfortable. Also there was no hot water in the private rooms but i got a partial refund for that so it was no problem. The adjacent restaurant was extremely good and cheap! It had a non-communal hotel athmosphere and not a warm hostel athmosphere. Staff was friendly.

Room is basic but clean. However there was no hot water in the shower and the elevator announces what floor it arrives at in a loud voice. The walls aren’t soundproofed so it sounded like someone shouting in the corridor every time anyone used the elevator Would not stay here again
