"Shashi Hotel is really nice and well kept! Staff very helpful! There is a huge parking lot that used to be free to park. They are now charging $20 for parking. Patrons now are parking on sidewalk, which is unfortunate that such a quality hotel is having customers park on the sidewalk leaving the hotel parking lot largely vacant. "It’s fine but didn’t feel like the four seasons I know. The pool service was below average. The bartender at Quattro on Monday night was disappointing. The guy on Sunday night was great. On Monday we ordered a single fortaleza ranch water, when is saw the charge of $55 for the one drink I questioned the bartender who told us he doesn’t know he just charges what the system tells him to. That’s not four seasons service."
