"Well for starters there was pubic hair on the towels. Then the firealarm kept going off in the hallway and it took us calling 3 times before maintence came and fixed it. Overall staff and customer service are horrible and not a clean property. Would not recommend "

"Breakfast quality could improve don’t serve cardboard dry potatoes or hash browns - have fresh fruit available as fruit cups, front desk staff pay attention to room occupancy and not walk in on other occupants, more carts and quicker elevator. Pool is sad and snall"

"It felt like a luxury room! Nicely renovated and handy to our travel route. We checked in at 9:30 pm and we were greeted by very friendly clerks at the desk, no hassles, easy check in. Our room was by the elevator and the ice machine, and it was still quiet! Breakfast was pretty standard for these kind of room and breakfast deals, but no complaints. We would definitely stay here again if we come this way."

"The staff was great, but I went downstairs in the morning to get a cart for my luggage and there was none available. The hotel only has two. The front clerk said that someone would bring the cart to my room so I took the elevator and got stuck in the elevator and had to call the emergency number and wait to get out. I’m glad that I did not panic!"

"Beautiful hotel with historic architecture feeling and high quality 4.5 star rating. We love coming back to stay here 2-3x per year. Staff is very friendly and rooms are clean and comfortable. Parking is free and accessible. Breakfast is nice specially we see more organic foods making it better. "

"Room was fairly clean but hallways had trash bags on the floor and smelled like multiple types of stale food. Walls of elevator were dirty. When I came back to the property from an errand there were six police cars around the front of the building. Very sketchy! Apparently there was a domestic violence event! Not something you want to see when yo are a lone female!"

"The room was large, spacious and quiet. The manager was super friendly and quick to register us. My only complaint is the coffee 😂 I wish it was Starbucks. "
