"I am probably 30 years older than the average guest but even at 81 I loved the atmosphere and ambiance of this new concept. The breakfast was surprisingly good, the coffee excellent, and I cannot compliment the staff enough. I was really too far from Maine Med where my husband was but I paid for taxis rather than move. "Had a very positive experience staying here for 3 days! Hotel is very close to the State Theater & the Portland Art Museum. Also lots of good restaurants around the block. Staff was very nice and friendly!!! Breakfast was divine :-) There is construction going on but it did not bother us. I thought they were very quiet when we were there."

"Hotel in good neighborhood location with a lot of dining options within walking distance. Hotel has access to attached public parking garage with room key, making it very convenient to park, while still being within walking distance of attractions and waterfront. Really good fitness room, and good in-hotel restaurant. Would definitely stay there again. "
