"Refurbished rooms were a joke. Couldn't see any TV because we were not given the password for the internet. My bed had a section that made you feel like you were in a hole which was near the edge of the bed and a hump in the middle. Never could get comfortable. The second floor room was very small, and pretty run down, not at all like the pictures. Took 3 days, only lasted two, because we needed to get out of the hotel. "The pictures on the website are not accurate. Grounds do not have a waterfront view. Perhaps a long time an ago there were views but now the bushes/mangroves are tall and overgrown. The public deck near the water is pretty run down with old furniture. Not a nice nor relaxing place to hang out."
