"The 3rd Floor West Side Has a decaying body smell. If you bring it to the person that should be sitting behind the front desk. He will show up say hes really sorry then put you one floor above. Thanks still smells like a Decaying Body "

My only and biggest complaint is the toilet in the guest room. It is too low to the floor. My daughter is 5’6 and it was too low to the floor for her. Please consider replacing. Thank you "

"Once you are able to park and actually get in, the hotel is outstanding. I’ll get to that later. The rooms are big and very comfortable. The bed was very comfortable. A small refrigerator and microwave are in the room. We had a street facing room and it was quiet. The problem is parking and getting in. Parking is a relatively short walk away but you have to register online to park with the city. We should have been told exactly how to do that. It was easy to do, but instructions ahead of time...

"From Thurs to check out on Sunday never any supplies whatsoever brought to room; clean mugs, coffee packets, dirty towels never picked up that whole time, the restaurant had ONE waitress BOTH FRIDAY NIGHT AND SATURDAY NIGHT working the bar AND RESTAURANT alone!! Thurs night my husband ate alive and we're the only one so she did only BUT We had a party of 14 to eat on Fri & Sat night and she was swamped just doing the bar business!! We sat 35 min before she got away to wait on us. It was a zoo....

"They need a free model of the whole place the kitchen the floors the bathroom even get there windows always complaining, but I’ll never see them making changes in new furniture"

"The staff is very courteous and accommodating to me. I have a very bad back and travel with an ice pack that they put in their freezer for me every day. My only recommendation is that they may perhaps wish to replace their hallway carpeting for it is becoming rather worn, but is otherwise quite clean."
