"This was my first visit to the Upper Peninsula of Michigan and I booked the Birchy motel as it looked easy to find and had good review. Not only was it easy to find, the view of Lake Superior from our second floor room was amazing!!! The room itself was quite large, with a microwave, mini fridge/freezer, and sink. "From booking to check out everything was great. Room was super clean and comfortable and we loved the extra treats in our room 😊 so close to a bar/restaurant and gas station. The restaurant next door has great food and service too! Only thing to mention is there is no sign by the road so we did pass it the 1st time. But would stay here again.
