"Clean rooms heated and air conditioning. Comfortable beds with very large rooms The only complaint I have is that you can only get one pound of ice if you want more you’re charged 3.00 for a 5 pound bag which is really ridiculous. They should just get an ice machine to keep the guests happy and not have to pay for frozen water. Otherwise it’s a perfect place to stay and I would definitely recommend it "

"My visit to the Red Lion was awesome! I’ve visited the property a few times and it never ceases to amaze me. The box breakfast is fantastic and the coffee is excellent. The lunch and dinner options are very good and I took advantage of both. The staff is super responsive and I couldn’t say enough about them, including the cleaning staff. The history of the building is all around you and the rooms are super spacious and the gas fireplace is a fantastic way to end the day!! Thumbs up all the way...

"The staff were extremely polite and accommodating. The concierge also held my checked bag while I traveled to Switzerland for the week. The room was clean and comfortably. The Harbor view was amazing. The shuttle was a blessing and so convenient. I would absolutely stay here again when traveling to/through Boston. Also theres an ATM on site which is an added bonus."

"The check in staff was not friendly. I received an email to check in online. I did so. When I arrived at the hotel I was told only one of the 2 rooms that I booked can be checked in online . I had to check in for the 2nd at the desk. The waiting time was long, only 1 person multitasking. I wasted my time checking in online. Also unable to get WiFi."

"Great breakfast which was included. Also yummy Mexican restaurant connected to hotel. Fabulous price for room. Also noticed many airline staff staying at the hotel. Very popular stay for families and business travelers. Highly recommended for budget hotel with good staff and great amenities."

"Parking was 20 feet fr9m the front door. Of course, it was November! The hotel staff is wonderful. Two staffers sat on the lobby couch in the morning and provided local knowledge and tips on getting into Boston without using my car. The restaurant food is top notch. Seems like the whole town comes to dinner each night. "

"The perfect place to be near the beach or the hotel pool. Nice little bar downstairs with a stay in at night with food. Incredibly clean and welcoming. "

"Hotel staff was great. Primary issue was safety. This man followed me to my floor/and then outside my room. And there are no cameras in the elevators nor hallways. I did not feel safe. "
