"The room had no AC which made it burning hot, very irritating. The fan only spread hot air around. I couldn’t manage being there for more than a few hours. Had to cut the trip short. "

Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive

Hotel Riu Palace Tropical Bay - All Inclusive

10/10 Excellent
"Really enjoyed the property, staff were friendly and professional. Rooms were clean and for an older resort well maintained. Beach is nice, but most guests we talked to, and we ourselves do not understand why the water barrier is so close and doesn’t go out father. It seems to be for boats but surely they could do their business further off shore. It is too shallow to swim properly. The good is good. Can’t get enough curry goat and jerk chicken. The shows were good, especially the Michael Jackson tribute. Dancers were great. Aside from the swim barrier no criticism. Thank you to the staff at Riu"
