"Hotel is run down a needs to be updated. Was advised at check in , was on second floor with no elevator. My grown son had to forcefully advise I’m disabled an cant do stairs. They reluctantly moved me, but put me beside breakfast room, which was very loud."

"The staff was quite friendly, but the breakfast was pretty lame--even by hotel standards. The reason I'm knocking off stars is because they had no shuttle bus available from the airport. Apparently you have to book this 24 hours in advance. I would never have chosen this hotel, except for the shuttle from the airport. I ended up booking a $47 Uber and was quite displeased."

"The room wasn’t very clean. Floor especially—toenail clippings and crumbs. Shower had hairs on walls. Bed was clean and comfortable. Parking lot is in bad need of repair. Seemed to be in a decently safe location but lighting was dim inside and outside and didn’t promote a sense of safety."

"Positive is that the room was very nice roomy and clean. Negative is that we specifically rented this room because we had a flight out early the next morning and needed the airport shuttle that is advertised. When I checked in, the rep at the counter wasn't friendly at all and almost greeted us with a sigh like "what do you want". I told her we were checking in and she quickly did what she needed to then handed the room key to us. I asked her how we get the shuttle for 6am and do we need...

"Comfortable stay after changing rooms as the air con unit in the room we were given was in pieces. This was done without any fuss. Short walk to a couple of eating places. Easy parking & tasty breakfast"

"Wonderful stay! Our family of 3, plus one cat and one dog were very comfortable at this hotel. Room was quiet, clean, and new. There was plenty of space for all of us to spread out. The kitchen was a great bonus. Staff was friendly and helpful. The lounge/breakfast area is huge with a pool table and tons of different seating options. We didn't swim, but the pool must be a popular option as many kids and adults were going to and from the pool. EV charger is a Tesla charger and it worked great!...
