The property was dirty and extremely worn down every where. We also were going to have to pay for breakfast. I’ve stayed at Holiday Inn hotels for years and always had free breakfast. The only good part was the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Amazing staff. They make the hotel the best it offers. Food was good at the restaurant and reasonably priced. This is an old hotel. Not updated. For the price, good to go.

Great pillows! Usually your head sinks into hotel pillows. These had great support and I was able to sleep like a baby. Check-in was quick despite the line of people checking in who were also there for the AC/DC concert. Staff was ready for the rush. Good job!

It was OK for a quick night stopover. The free airport shuttle worked but took some effort beforehand to understand their system. You have to call ahead to arrange it on demand. Expedia doesn't tell you that and it's difficult to get the local phone number. Nothing much nearby but the restaurant had decent food and friendly service. The most significant problem was the bathroom sink had only very hot water coming out of both faucets. Had to be creative to get usable washup water.

Breakfast was terrible, scrambled eggs were runny, the biscuits were doughy, and the sausage was over cooked. Plates were left at other tables for for 30mins before being cleared, and the dinning area wasn't busy. Wait staff was super friendly and helpful. Dinner was good overall. The carpets in the hallways seemed like they were in the middle of being replaced so didn't feel as clean or welcoming as most Holiday Inns feel.

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, amenities, property conditions & facilities
The room was dirty (the bed skirt in particular). We never got fresh towels, trash pick up or our beds tidied in the three days we stayed there. Carpeting in the room was stained. Parking lot and landscaping need updating and refreshing. The carpet in the hall was wet and wrinkled (safety trip hazard) and a blower was going 24/7 in hall. That said, the bed was comfortable and the shower warm with good pressure.
